Comfortable stay in city center

Pros: Perfect location to explore Miami, comfy beds and beautiful view!

Cons: Due to the marathon, the hotel was crowded, prices doubled and we had to book 1 extra night as we could not leave town easily. It's 1 time per year though ;) Front desk was not all as helpful. My partner was disappointed not to find the NBA channel on the TV.

A great location

Pros: The hotel was very nice and in a terrific location for our Cruise.

Cons: The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The let downs were the cost of all the room amenities such as drinks, snacks, including water everything had a price nothing complementary.

Nice hotel but shame they treat their guests as a walking wallets

Pros: Very nice hotel within a walking distance from Brickel

Cons: Not even a single complimentary water bottle, and I was charged 4 to 10 US dollars for each package I received online. Very disappointing

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Double queen bed rooms were so luxurious and massive. Breakfast was nice, could have done with a few more options but that's alright.

Cons: Starbucks closed at 6pm! Lol. I needed it open for just an hour longer due to my flight getting in. I think $7 for a bottle of water is a bit excessive.

Luxury and comfort all in one place. I would highly recommend this place.

Pros: The property is perfectly located in downtown Miami. The room is extremely comfortable and breakfast was super amazing. Exemplary. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort and style.

Cons: Maybe provide complementary water in the room so that I don't have to go all the way down to the lobby for it.

Excellent, large hotel, with lots of amenities

Pros: Excellent, large hotel, with lots of amenities such as a large pool, gym, spa, restaurants, cafes and even a SIXT car rental company inside the hotel, huge room, amazing view of the bay. Very close to the marina entertainment center

Cons: The air conditioning is running at full power throughout the hotel, and it's really freezing. We were charged extra for the additional services, such as a pool, gym, etc., even though we didn't use them.
