The location is the best on this hotel

Pros: A little issue in one of my brerakfast but was solve inmediatly

pleasant stay

Pros: Everything was clean and very comfortable, we missed the return flight, so we only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant

Cons: They should have more cribs, they couldn't give me one since they didn't have any left and we had to sleep with our son in the middle of the bed

Good stay, within budget. Can't complain at all

Pros: The airport shuttle was a really nice and handy touch. the room was very spacious, if a little bit dated in deco. It served its purpose. The breakfast buffet was good and had a bit of everything. It should have been explained earier that the buffet isn't available on Weekdays though as that was a bit of an unhappy surprise.

Cons: I didn't like the pet friendly environment. I didn't see any notice of this on the site before booking,

Expensive conference but confortable

Pros: Bed was comfortable as well as the room, all clean, big, good They organize my bed every day, I like that Pool looks nice, only the iguanas enjoy the sunny days there, I wish the hot tub area looks better,or updated Welcome cookies are delicious and fresh The Bartenders were fantastic, and eating at the bar was better than the restaurant.

Cons: Eat at the hotel was expensive and the restaurant only have 2 server, they said they were short of people that day. I was there attending a conference and they AC was dramatic cold! 67F ? really, is it Miami ... I feel sick for 4 days, freezing cold wearing jacket (blazer) and pants (in Miami) .... insane .... and the coffee was horrible, so toasted and re-heated . They charge the parking even for guess, when I check the hotel say they offer the parking service, and when I arrived surprised surprise Extra $10 per day o $15 with valet parking .... not nice. I have my Hilton Honors membership, but the price in booking was better than the hotel website, so no points for me, not refundable, no breakfast included

Whatever happened the first time makes me a return visitor

Pros: Everything. This is now about my sixth or seventh visit. I am pleased with the service and that is why I enjoy staying at this hotel.

Cons: Initially I had a problem but once I reported it the matter was fixed

It was an wonderful stay and close to the airport

Pros: The staff was kind and helpful in every way possible, the room was big comfy and had lots of space, ooh The pool was amazing too

Cons: We had everything except an microwave would have been amazing to had one

My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful especially Yolene and Hilda.

Pros: Customer service on check in was excellent. They were informative and friendly

Cons: A coffee machine in the Lobby

Great stay, the bellmen, and Laura, and the waitress at the bar made my stay extra memorable.

Pros: Laura, at the front desk was exceptional and she needs to receive double her salary!

Cons: You could have had more people at the front desk, to help Laura the line was at the entrance.

Pros: Le personnel était top. L'accueil est excellent. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. La salle de Gym est bien occupée et a tout ce qu'il faut.

Cons: 6 jours après mon séjour, j'attends toujours le remboursement de mon deposit. Ce n'est pas normal.

Clean place, would definitely stay again.

Pros: Great place, clean and friendly staff. A lot of food options :)
