Pros: The location to the airport, the rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the size and privacy areas.

Cons: There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Excellent.

Pros: Large, spacious, bright and airy rooms. Bed very comfortable and bathroom spacious and semi modern. Food good but limited.

Cons: Reception needs to train the very disinterested and lack lustre young lady in reception. Bored and rude. A smile and a greeting mean a lot to guests - Sad because most staff were excellent. Good breakfast with very obliging and pro friendly staff. Two shops in the hotel Great for coffee, snacks and toiletries.

Pros: Proximity to Airport with free shuttle and nice pool and bar area

Tired rooms with strange lighting control , sone rooms more than others

Pros: I checked again after my one night stay as my flight was delayed . This second visit was an improvement which showed the first night was just a more tired room.

Cons: Still none of the light switches on the wall do anything you run round trying to work out what turns what on .

Comfortable stay, good location, but old and faded facilities.

Pros: Friendly staff, nice outside area, good breakfast, clean room, comfy beds, free shutlle.

Cons: Room really old and faded, shower falling to pieces, plastic roof over restaurant and room windows very dirty.

A clean and comfortable property with friendly service, best suited for guests with a car.

Pros: Very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and a nice view. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location if you have a car.

Cons: Downside: a large part of the staff spoke English poorly.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless and the view of the bay was beautiful

Pros: We arrived early in the morning and were advised that we could pay for an upgrade to receive our rooms immediately. That was a bonus, as the flight was over 3 hours coming from Bermuda.

Cons: Nothing, the bellman was there immediately to take our bags,

We would stay at the Hilton Blue Lagoon again.

Pros: Having access to your shuttle service from the airport, and having no problem finding where it stops. Access to shuttle service was the main factor in deciding to book one overnight, on our way to the Caribbean less than 24 hours later.

Cons: The entire lobby, bar, restaurant areas were much too “air conditioned”. We hurried to finish our dinner because it was too cold. Consider energy saving in future, especially at this time of year (very comfortable outside).

Can’t wait to stay with you again.

Pros: A beautiful place with great and friendly employees.

Comfortable bed, tired room

Pros: Whilst the bed was very comfortable, the room was very tired and curtains torn in several places.

Cons: Location and shuttle
