Will stay again

Pros: The staff were very professional and well organized. The shuttle to the port was very well run and extremely efficient. The room was clean and large. The shower was very good. The breakfast area was great. They had everything you wanted right there!

Cons: The shuttle from the airport was very busy and the poor driver struggled to get everyone in. The air conditioner was a bit loud in the night

Pros: Friendly staff, easy pickup from airport and drop off at the cruise terminal. Overall clean.

Cons: The room floor was a bit damp! Not sure why.

Shuttle service needs to improve

Pros: It's very close to the airport, so for me, as I was staying for one night and then going to the airport again, I think this option works.

Cons: Once I arrived at FFL airport, the hotel told me that I needed to call them to request the shuttle service to the hotel. Two things about that: 1. What if I cannot make calls because I have a foreign number? 2. I called them and was on hold for more than 20 minutes, and they never assisted me, so I took an Uber. They need to change and improve that; it looks kinda unorganized.

A great budget place to stop between port and airport arrivals/departures.

Pros: I really liked the quick and comfortable pick up from Port Everglades, and the shuttle to the airport. I also liked that a bus route ran by the hotel, and that breakfast food was available for purchase. (Very friendly man running the store!) The room was nice for a budget hotel.

Cons: The lobby could have some brochures that included the local bus schedule, or a map of how to get to the bus stop on the opposite side of the road. The pool was not heated, so it was too cold to enjoy.

Pros: The inn's room was very clean, the pool area was very nice. Our room face the pool area which was great. There was a small depenr were you could get a sandwiches and drinks or chips, and a restaurant that you could walk to for dinner. We were very happy with our stay at the Inn.

Good location

Pros: Quick check in, clean room with ample space. Bed was comfortable. Good location for the airport and cruise port and he free shuttle to both is a bonus. The cruise shuttle was very well organised.

Cons: Would have liked kettle to make a coffee. Bathrooms a bit dated but clean.

Pros: Fair price. Clean and comfortable room. Nice coffee shop with great selection of food choices. Close to airport and cruise terminal. Free shuttle from airport and to the cruise terminal.

Cons: No complaints.
