Pros: Very friendly manager, well equipped kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided, as well as towels.

Great stay, cheap, good location

Pros: $12 Uber from airport so great for a layover. Close to South Beach for busy, party atmosphere and Key Biscayne for calm serene beachside. Also close the Brickell CityCenter, restaurants and shopping. Price is great for private hut. Sabrina and staff was accommodating, responsive and very friendly. Felt right at home. Gave great advice on places to visit and how to get local transportation.

Pros: Liked that the unit was private and had a courtyard. Lola the manager was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The top bunk was very difficult to get on.... the air conditioner is in the way and the ladder is very small... you need a regular ladder to get in and out. there were no coffee cups and we could not reach the microwave it was too high up. The TV did not work. nice and there was no hot water. Lola the manager was very nice and helpful. Pillows were flat.

Pros: I liked the privacy and kitchenette. The outdoor area was nice with the cute little chickens.

Cons: The water flow was slow and the TV wasn't working without WiFi.

Pros: Quartier calme dans Little Havana avec des transports en commun à proximité. Chambre propre, lits confortables et communication facile. Bon rapport qualité prix pour se loger à Miami !

Cons: La chambre dans laquelle nous étions était mal isolée de la pièce d'à côté (musique, discussion). Mais certains soirs c'était calme. Manque un peu d'informations précises à l'arrivée (porte d'entrée, numéro de chambre, etc.)

Lugar agradable

Pros: La ubicación estuvo muy bien, un lugar tranquilo, pude caminar muchas veces hasta la parada del tranvía, bus, incluso muy de tarde. La persona del alojamiento, Nadia, fue bastante amable, atenta. El precio es muy accesible, la casa acogedora. Lo recomiendo.
