Pros: Perfecte locatie om miami south beach te verkennen

Pros: The location was very convenient, and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the service of storage luggage, I requested an early check in and they messaged me once the room was ready so I checked in before 4pm for free Thank you

Cons: The cleaning was good, but some small cockroach were in the toilet I hope you take this seriously. And one of the window didn’t close so I felt a bit worried. Otherwise the stay was worthy.

Pros: 1. Staff friendly 2. Apartment was neat and clean 3. Good location 4. Nice and fully loaded kitchen 5. 300m walk to Miami beach 6. Walgreen (supermarket) also at 100m

Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were lovely. Macarena and Medi at reception were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons: The air-conditioner was noisy but I understand that that is common for Miami.

Pros: Had everything you need for a short stay, very close to the beach and best restaurants. Air con worked nicely and kitchen was welcomed. If you are from UK you may want to pack a travel kettle !!

Cons: No cleaning in 5 days which was getting a bit gross by day 4! Also asked for new towels but there was a shortage so only got 1 to share with partner .but to be expected for price.

Pros: Great location but very old bulging and at the main hall, it was very very bad smell For the price that it has is just the location and the kitchen, but other stuff the hotel needs immediately remodeling

Cons: Location kitchen is very good when you have little kids with you

Pros: very convenient location, super close to the beach - the bus line comes nearby so it's easy to come and go. Our room was quiet and clean

Cons: we have not been able to use the laundry

Pros: They provide beach towels, which is a huge plus (especially is you forget yours, like what happened to me).

Cons: Our room was double-booked. However, everything was resolved immediately, but it was an unpleasant event. Still, would recommend and come back to this hotel.

Great rental

Pros: Great location, close to restaurants and less than 5min walking distance to ocean drive and to miami beach Big plus for the kitchen that is well equiped The apt was clean and confortable It comes with free beach chairs as well!

Cons: The windows don’t open so can be hard to get the smell of food out. Could be a bit noisy as the windows are thin.
