Overall it was a fantastic stay. The whole family enjoyed it

Pros: The location is fantastic - right on the beach. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. Would have been nice if there was some coffee powder also provided. The restaurant in the Carlyle is great serving well cooked and delicious food. The staff at the restaurant is also very nice. .

Cons: Some coffee powder in the room would be nice to have. The beach umbrella in the room was broken

Spacious accommodation at a nice location for a price

Pros: Restaurant discount was a nice touch. Spacious accommodation. Room well equipped. Nice jacuzzi and standing shower.

Cons: Access instructions should have been more easy to interpret. I kept looking for the door while my taxi waited and ended up with an extra waiting charge of 20 dollars. The room was priced steep.

Iso huoneisto, hyvä sijainti, hiljainen asuinrakennus

Pros: Huoneisto oli erittäin hyvä ja tilava kolmelle aikuiselle ja olimme siihen tyytyväisiä kahden viikon oleskelumme ajan. Rantaan oli lyhyt matka ja lähellä oli paljon majoituspaikkojen ravintoloita ja pieniä ruokakauppoja. Noin 600 m päässä oli isompi ruokakauppa, josta saimme tarvittavat aineksien ruokien tekoon. Rakennus oli hiljainen ja tuntui turvalliselta, koska ovista mentiin kulkuavaimella ja kameroita oli joka paikassa ja joita seurattiin vastaanotossa. Saimme myös vastaanotosta apua, jos meillä oli jotain kysyttävää esim. huoneiston kodinkoneiden käytöstä.

Cons: Huoneistossa olisi voinut olla ohjeistukset eri kodinkoneiden käyttöön, koska ne eroavat paljonkin pohjoismaisista. Palohälytin on asennettu täysin väärään paikkaan aivan hellan ja uunin eteen, joten se hälytti useampaan kertaan, kun teimme ruokaa, myös pelkästä leivänpaahtimen käytöstä. Huoneiston ikkunoita ei saa avata. Jouduimme ostamaan kahden viikon aikana tiskiharjan, leikkuulaudan, pöytärättejä, pyykinpesuainetta ja vessapaperia. Huoneistossa näkyy kuluneisuutta. Kokolattiamatto ei ollut niin paha kuin luulimme. Siinä oli joitakin tahroja, mutta esim. sukkasilteen pystyi ihan hyvin kävelemään. Vaikka itse rakennus oli hiljainen ja huoneisto sisäpihalle, 3. krs., asuntoon kuului silti yöllä korvatulpista huolimatta hälytysajoneuvojen, musiikin ja ihmisten ääniä kadulta. Samassa rakennuksessa olevaa ravintolan terassia siivottiin jopa klo 04 aikaan yöllä.

Magnifique appartement pour profiter de la plage de Miami en famille

Pros: La situation géographique à quelques pas de la plage est absolument exceptionnelle! Pouvoir également descendre directement dans la rue Ocean Dr est juste top, tout en ayant un appartement bien insonorisé. Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille à 4.

Cons: Le restaurant localisé dans le même bâtiment est cher, les bons de réduction pour les locataires de l'immeuble ne s'applique pas si l'on commande un repas à l'emporter. Bref, nous aurions apprécié une meilleure collaboration entre l'immeuble et le restaurant ainsi nous y aurions mangé plus souvent.
