Very nice location, very helpful staff, very pleasant experience.

Pros: It is very spacious and it is at a top location. Even a check-in after 1am was not a problem for the hotel, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff was also very helpful with delayed baggage from our flights.

Cons: Nothing, it was the perfect stay.

Perfect

Pros: Everything. Amazing apartment, so wide and comfortable. Great beds, sheets, well equipped kitchen. Amazing location! Could watch the sunrise from bed :) Next to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and not-too-expensive parking lot. Was worried about noise from the street at night- didn't hear a thing. Perfect choice.

Cons: Didn't change towels. Maybe if we asked, they would have changed. No shelf in the bathroom to put our stuff.

Best Miami birthday trip ever and I’ve been here every year for the past 5 years.

Pros: This home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The location is perfect, the beach was only a few steps away and everything we needed or didn’t need we found right here. I look forward to coming back again

An amazing stay for six. The best birthday ever!

Pros: I can not explain how amazing this stay was. It was spacious, clean and safe. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. This was a girls trip for six while celebrating a birthday and it was perfect. The rules for the home are reasonable. The host was very prompt and polite with any questions or concerns. Check in was extremely easy and the concierge adds an extra touch of luxury and security. Speaking of security no one without a fob can get into the residential quarters.The view from the living area was breathtaking. The location was the best I have ever experienced in south beach. I will definitely be back again again.

Cons: We needed a broom for sand but that was absolutely the only thing we needed. Everything else was perfect!
