Stylish Apartments with Partial Ocean Views in Downtown!

Fantastic Apartment, Great Location and views.

Pros: Property was in a fantastic location, clean, great views. The pool was a nice spot to spend the afternoon as well with towels supplied and the pool was a nice temperature, not bitterly cold like other roof top pools we've been to.

Pros: Location, View, Size, cleanliness, equipment, Pool!

Cons: Elevators are really testing your nerves at peak times. It is such a huge building and the elevators are just not sufficcient. We ended up walking down the stairs from the 24th floor to the pool on the 9th floor on 2 consecutive days and we made sure to leave half an hour early from the room the day we had a Lyft car coming to pick us up, just to be sure.

Outstanding in every way

Pros: The location was excellent, very close to Bayside with a terrific selection of bars and restaurants. The apartment was luxurious and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the spacious balcony both watching the sunrise and having a glass of wine in the evening. The pool and its facilities were outstanding. We would certainly book here again.

Pros: El departamento es excelente, en el piso 36, tiene una vista espectacular , estaba todo muy limpio y es muy cómodo. La ubicación también es muy buena , a la vuelta de World center, a unas cuadras de Bayside, se puede ir caminando La pileta es hermosa , con servicio de bar, y vista a freedom tower. El departamento estaba perfectamente limpio

Cons: Hay una obra en construcción hacia el costado, pero no fue un problema para mí ya que la vista es igualmente hermosa. Del departamento me gustó todo!

Cons: My one and only minor issue was that it didn’t have heat. It was -2 Celsius overnight and got cold because there was no heat.

Pros: Ese edificio muy completo con excelentes amenidades, cerca de todo, con conexión Super cerca, cerca de tiendas y es parte del Miami World Center. Caminando, puedes hacer de todo. La piscina es increíble.

Pros: Tudo estava perfeito as meninas entraram em contato por WhatsApp para nos recepcionar já indicaram o melhor estacionamento com bom custo próximo, a localização é ótima, a pizza que tem no restaurante do prédio é ótima e salva no primeiro dia de correria, o centro comercial na quadra com lojas é ótimo, acomodação limpa e confortável
