Nice holiday break

Pros: We had a very nice stay (one week) with my sister. When I arrived, I was able to choose between three different rooms. You can see that the hotel has been around for a while and the hallway carpets could use a deep clean, but the rooms are spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive. Obi at reception is lovely and always smiling. Maria, the housekeeper, is very kind and changes the towels every day. The manager speaks English, French, and Spanish, which is very convenient. He gave us great advice about activities and places to visit nearby, and even lent us a beach umbrella. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and there are many bars and restaurants around. The hotel’s small terrace is also nice for eating in the shade. It’s a great place for anyone who doesn’t want to spend $2,000 on a hotel in Miami Beach.

Great for the price no complains

Pros: The location was perfect for my trip the area was clean it was extremely easy to access any place either by walking or transportation and that makes me love it and also the price for me was completely responsible.

Cons: I don’t dislike anything because I believe it was decent enough and clean to a fault for the price. The only advice I’ve for them is it would be nice for them to update the pillow cases and cover.

Buona struttura migliorabile.

Pros: Eravamo già stati in questa struttura e siamo ritornati volentieri, la posizione è eccezionale a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a cinque minuti dalla fermata del Trolley autobus gratuito per Miami beach South. ringraziamo Ovi e il proprietario che ci hanno cambiato prontamente il materasso.

Cons: Consigliamo una pulizia più accurata del pavimento in camera e soprattutto intorno all’edificio. Sebbene non sia responsabilità dei gestori, lo scolo del marciapiede esterno è sempre presente dell’acqua maleodorante e nel periodo che abbiamo soggiornato vi erano lavori durante la notte, ma ripeto questo non è colpa dei gestori.

Pros: La ubicación era muy próxima a la playa y fue todo muy cómodo a la llegada.

Pros: Great service. Obi was amazing! Great location. Nice little getaway spot. Not in the room much in Miami anyways. Haha!
