Cons: Our stay had a very mixed start. Check-in was scheduled for 4 PM, and we had landed in Miami around noon. We had requested early check-in days in advance and were told they would try their best but couldn’t guarantee it, which was completely understandable. We simply hoped for a bit of flexibility since we were traveling with a 15-month-old. We arrived at the property around 1 PM and waited in the lobby until 4 PM, only to find that no one from the staff was available to check us in. The front desk employees informed us they needed management present, but no one was there. At 4:30 PM I called and was told that “something came up” and someone would arrive shortly, and that we would receive compensation for the delay. It wasn’t until 5:40 PM that someone finally arrived to check us in. Once inside the apartment, everything changed. The unit was absolutely stunning — spacious, modern, and luxurious, with a high-end feel throughout. It was fully stocked with everything we needed (aside from food), and it truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. Overall, the property itself is incredible, but the management company needs to be more professional and reliable, especially when guests have been waiting for hours. They offered us a late check-out as compensation, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t useful since our flight was early in the morning. Great place to stay once you’re inside — but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.
