Pros: responsive quick customer service great location - beach access staff was very friendly and helpful rooftop pool with cabana options first come first serve beach umbrella and chairs available also first come first serve kitchen was well equipped with almost everything needed to cook, even has coffee machine with pods and drip Coffee options only have to supply your own toiletries and reuse towels provided but washer dryer in condo which is great.

Cons: some initial issues like safe and phone did not work but the owner was very quick to respond and send someone who helped right away. my 2 year old kept was able to open front door which was nerve racking so I would suggest considering adding a physical door lock from the inside if possible.
