Luxury Condo with Oceanfront View in Hollywood

This unit was a 10 perfect and beautiful but will not return!

Pros: Very beautiful place, amazing views, nice kitchen for cooking, amenities are very nice also! We loved the unit

Cons: The staff members of the resort are racist, unprofessional and horrible to deal with! I speak fluent Spanish so I was fine with communicating but other members of my family did not because no one really speaks fluent English that you can understand and they don’t understand either. Valet was extremely rude also. We pulled up in 2 really nice cars and they immediately gave us a hard time. While checking in they put a big towaway sticker on our window because they said we took too long but the line wad long!!! We never even went to the room. Then after complaining to the manager about the sticker the valet who is a separate company said we cannot park on the property because “you people are hard to deal with” We were also the ONLY Black family on property. That was completely racist!!! My family was also harassed about the wristbands they wanted to keep them in their pockets because one of us is famous and dint want everyone to see where we stayed so they would put it only when they walked in or not at all just would show it and the staff would flip. The final day we extended directly with owner and hours later security came to our door demanding wrist bands and told us to get out for non payment!!!! It was a horrible experience!! I would give a 0 but the place is beautiful! I would give a 10 but the staff was horrible!!!!!!!!!
