Excellent loft for chilling, amenities were great and very clean. Enjoyed!
Pros: Great little place to Enjoy time out and relax. Comfortable and roomy enough .
Cons: Could do with a safe, foreigners feel more comfortable knowing their passports are safe when they go out for the evening when in an unknown place . Just a small safe to put valuables in Would alleviate that anxiety. Other than that all great.

Pros: this is the most excellent hotel!!!! I am very happy that I chose this hotel!!! cozy, comfortable, clean room, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. all the most interesting things are on the beach, everything is within walking distance, the price is excellent for this room!!!! thank you very much!!!!

Great apartment in 1 minute walk from Hollywood beach
Pros: It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location — 1 minute from a Hollywood beach. There was everything that we needed for our stay. A fully equipped kitchen allows us to make breakfast in the apartment. There were even beach towels and chairs. The owners offer discounted parking options for residents.
Cons: Be aware that apartments has no own parking spots and public are not always available, especially over the weekend

Pros: We stayed here for our family vacation with 3 people and it was perfect. You could easily fit 4 with someone sleeping on the couch. The location was PERFECT! We we able to uber from the airport for about $25 and once we were arrived we NEVER needed a car. Walking distance to so many great places to eat and the beach was literally a 4 min walk. The communication with the management was excellent! Zero complaints and would stay again!

Good location, comfortable apartment for 3 people
Pros: The location is great, just a few steps from the center of Hollywood Beach with the concert pavilion and many restaurants.
Cons: The temperature seemed to vary a lot between hot and cold as the AC ran off and on. It would be great to have a fan somewhere.

Beautiful, modern and clean! Customer support very good and responsive.
Pros: Everything; location is perfect right next to the beach. Loved the stairs to the bed too upstairs which has main bedroom plus an extra bed for another person. Our 5 year old son slept there comfortably, but also fits a large adult. I love the common area downstairs with couch, small office space and bathroom and small kitchen. Very convenient. I loved that ease of using door codes instead of a room key. The unit is very clean and modern. I loved that the customer service were super fast at responding to all of my messages and they were very nice! We spent 4 nights here for $550, great deal.
Cons: Couch needs to be larger as it was hard to get comfortable with me, my husband and son sitting on it. The TV is stuck on the wall and you can’t move it. I suggest changing the tv mount to be full motion because when you’re sitting on the couch, it’s not aligned evenly with the couch and it’s not only awkward while watching tv, but uncomfortable. We loved the unit but seems like it was made for tiny people, instead of bigger people, and I’m 5’4 150 lbs woman. The people in unit 8 on our first night were obnoxious and loud, so I messaged support to help, and support helped us very quickly. The noise died down soon after that.

Pros: Cutest loft ever! Loved our stay! Location was amazing, had washer/dryer and all the toiletries! Arrival was seamless and communication was very easy! Will be back here for sure!
Cons: My 1 and only improvement would be.....Needed to have beach chairs available for use for guests!

Good value and excellent location!
Pros: Great location on the beach and boardwalk. The beach chairs and on-site laundry was nice to have. Make sure to bring quarters. It’s $2.75 per load for washer and dryer.
Cons: Street parking could be difficult especially on weekends and 4th of July. Monthly parking pass ($120) was cheaper than paying per day for a week.
