Good value and excellent location!

Pros: Excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Beach chairs and on-site laundry was nice ($2.75 per load). Hose to wash sand off at the property.

Cons: Street parking was a challenge some days especially weekends. Purchasing a month pass was $120 which is cheaper than buying per day for 7 days.
