Pros: Beautiful place, love the location walk in walking distance to the beach. Felt like home.

Cons: Parking is very expensive. Two days I spent over $200 for parking

Good value for such location quality

Pros: - Great location just around the corner of the beach and promenade, avoiding the crowds noise but at the same time very close - Quite modern interior design - Fully stacked kitchen - Large comfy bed - Large TV set in the hall and 2nd TV in the bedroom

Cons: - The promised free parking appeared to be not free: so be ready to pay extra 120USD for a minimal 1 month permit. It was also not private, so you have to search the spot to park every time as this location is very popular and cars are constantly sneaking around for the parking place. - The whole apartment was damp, when we returned home our clothes were smelly for weeks. - The walls are really thin so we heard everything happening in the connected appartment. - Aircon unit in the hall is broken, it was blowing but not cooling (unit in the bedroom worked well though). - Bathroom sink was not letting the water go easily and had to be cleaned.

Pros: El departamento tiene buena ambientación, pintoresco,limpieza excelente,cama confortable, ducha perfecta. Sábanas y toallas impecables. Cocina y vajilla súper completa con electrodomésticos. Excelente ubicación a media cuadra de la playa. El día de salida nos permitieron hacer el check out más tarde pagando un adicional. Ya que nuestro vuelo salía a la noche.

Cons: NO tiene estacionamiento aunque esté publicado en la página de Booking “como estacionamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones “ Cuando hice el reclamo me contestaron a través de mensaje que la unidad no contaba con ese servicio.En la calle es pago y hay pocos espacios libres. Nosotros terminamos pagando en el Ayuntamiento ( como nos asesoró el arrendatario)el permiso por un mes que salía más barato que el parking.

Pros: Limpieza , y muy ordenado y cómodo todo , excelente ubicación

Cons: Ofrecieron parking gratis , pero tuvimos que pagar algo no muy cerca de la habitación . Al llegar un poco engorroso el ingreso ,ya que todo fue por correo y mensajería y nunca vimos a nadie en persona del Hotel ..
