Horrible apartment

Pros: Hotel - apartments on the first line. Clean upon check-in.

Cons: The location of the hotel - apartments. There is nothing nearby. The elevator takes a long time to wait, it works with failures. The apartments are not cleaned, it is not even elementary how to sweep the floor. I threw out the garbage, there is nothing to replace the bag with, it is not there. Towels are not changed, you need to look for a person to remember. There is no normal lighting in the apartments. The TV does not work. There is no table on the balcony, 2 plastic sun loungers and that's it. Dirty beach, paid beach umbrella.

Pros: Departments are nice and big enough. Front staff very kind and helpfull, especially Anita in the Shipping sector who takes care on the package delivery. Pool area is nice, swimming pool clean. Beach access is good!

Cons: Staff should control people who doesn't care about rules (example: music near the pool area and the beach, food leftovers in the pool area). There are warning signs but people doesn't follow the rules and rest of the guests feel nobody is taking care. In the aparment: some extra dishware could help guest to do better use of the kitchen.

Great option

Pros: The property is very well located. With excellent access to the beach. The rooms where nice and tidy.

Cons: The kitchen had few and old tableware. They can improve that a lot.

Room 9H

Pros: Nice room 9H, with ocean view and balcony, kitchen

Cons: Very old hotel, but they still upgrading it. Old showers, dirty windows

Pros: Excellent value for money! The location is great, the apartment is very spacious with ocean view, and it’s incredibly comfortable.

Cons: While the stay was overall pleasant, it was disappointing that luggage storage cost $5 per piece. This felt unnecessary and could be improved

Pros: The size of the property. The Modern look. Cleanliness .

Pros: Good location close to the bus stop, perfect views of the ocean, from our living room and close to the beach.

Cons: Especially kitchen issues. There were odd things such as being supplied with just one teaspoon! Odd! No: dishwasher tablets, no drying up towel, no washing up sponge, no washing up liquid, no cleaning products, mop, nothing! No salt and pepper? Boiling up a kettle on the stove’s hob is very slow and takes forever to boil.

Pros: Views on the bay side were fantastic (we were on 11th floor). Access to Miami beach was right at the back of the hotel and all areas of the inside and outside of the property were clean and tidy. Check in and check out was easy. Suite was comfortable with large rooms and comfy beds. Location about 30 minutes form Downtown, Bayside and Ocean Drive

Cons: Suite furniture was dated and no room safe available. Costly car parking underneath the property ($40 per day). AC was noisy at times and shower was under powered. Hair dryer not working in 1 bathroom and toilet appeared blocked on a few occasions.

Great apartment with excellent access to beach.
