Wonderful

Pros: Location, free parking, the view from the balcony was incredible , warm pool

Pros: We stayed in a villa with a patio, and it was the most magical vacation. The room has everything you need. Yes, the furniture may not be the newest, as mentioned in other reviews, but that doesn’t matter because the advantages far outweigh it. What’s especially great is that the beach is just a minute away. Breakfast on your own patio, and then you run straight to the ocean — what could be more wonderful? Communication with the owners is excellent. They respond and help very quickly. Thank you! I’m left with amazing impressions!

Great value for money

Pros: Amazing views from the balcony. Location was so versatile. Free valet parking was a game changer

Cons: Main lobby and corridors in need of upgrading Sometimes the valet parking was extremely slow and created a long wait time

Pros: Great Location in Miami Beach. 15 Minutes away from south Beach by Miami Beach Trolley or bus. Great Beach and very fast reply from the host.

Cons: Rooms are a little bit old, but if you stay only at nights ist ok.

Pros: The location was excellent, friendly lobby staff as well. We had a lovely ocean view apartment which was very nice.

Cons: The apartment was great, had everything you needed. However couldn’t find a hair dryer.

I would gladly visit this hotel again — I fully recommend it.

Pros: The location is perfect, right by the ocean with its own beach and pool. We stayed in a family room, which was clean and well arranged. The kitchen was equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful — thanks to them once again.

Cons: Parking is a bit of an issue; you need to be quick to find a spot. There are some rather rude guys managing the parking area.

Pros: The building is very old and outdated. However, it is by the beach with a swimming pool and free -valet parking what make it very nice and useful in Miami when having a car. We had one of the villas facing the sea with a private terrace and direct access to the beach.The villa swas outdates and old but for the price is worthy as the view and the beach are great. There are also many restaurants and nice bars close by. The staff was attentive and the communication with the costumer care service was easy.

Cons: it is a pity that the builiding is not better maintained

Pros: Location and price is excellent, views are beautiful.

It was just ok- we would not stay here again. Not because of the room- because of the overall preperty management.

Pros: The room we stayed in was ok- it was clean- but it’s an old building. So, you get what you pay for.

Cons: I was not happy with the check in process- we had an issue getting into our room. The attendant basically said to bad so sad reach out to the person you rented from…. We checked in late and so they did not respond. As for the person we rented from- it would be a great idea to add that when you use the key code to entry your room you hit # after…. Then add that if you do not get in after 3 try’s you have to wait a bit as you are locked out…. After we sat downstairs at 1 am waiting for a response…. We went back up and tried again and bam we were in….. I can down. To tell the attendant and he was like “ oh yeah after 3 attempts you are locked out and have to wait” . However, he made ZERO effort to share this when we first could mot access. The on staff person was pretty much useless- and was very clear- not his problem he has no info contact owner- ugh!
