Great place for a short stay in Miami

Pros: The sea view was amazing! Communication with Julieta was excellent she was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions, resolving everything right away. The place is just a few steps from the beach, and there’s a free little tram/bus bus stop just outside the building that takes you anywhere in Miami.

Cons: The building looks very old and run-down, and it really needs renovation. The swimming area was boring and nothing special. At night it was very noisy, with doors banging everywhere, which made it hard to relax.

Pros: Great place, in a great location. Convenient for travelling all around miami beach. Friendly staff. Very clean with comfortable beds. I stayed 5 nights in total and I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Great place in a great location, in the middle of Miami beach. Very convenient for visiting north or south via the free trolley system. Friendly staff. The place is clean, the bed is very comfortable. I stayed 5 nights, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

Pros: Room was clean, well stocked, really comfortable bed!

Cons: Building dated, room clean but requires some updating

Excellent value apartment in fantastic location with parking

Pros: Loved the location and valet parking. Super easy to get around Miami on the free trolley from the apartment.

Cons: Would have been a nice touch to have been able to leave the car there after check out time for a couple of hours

Pros: Can’t g wrong for the price lovely views and comfy beds

What a view!

Pros: Great location and view. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Cons: The lift isn’t the most user friendly. Especially if you accidentally get off at the wrong floor and have to go all the way back to the lobby to rectify!

Pros: Everything went well. Staff, facilities, hospitality and spacious rooms.

Cons: Valet parking can take ages, so hotel should improve this facility and staff number to manage demand.

Incredible views

Pros: The view is spectacular, the apartment was large and spacious.

Cons: There were a few minor hiccups, unfortunately the pool was off limits for most of stay and the washing machine didn’t work. But staff were very responsive whenever needed.
