Beautiful penthouse condo with stunning views of both ocean and city

Pros: Everything was great and the stay was very comfortable.

Beautiful view

Pros: The location is perfect and the room looked exactly as pictured. The view of the bay is awesome and there are one and a half bathrooms with a full kitchen.

Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and the electric blinds in the living room did not work the whole time we were there. The owner tried hard to fix them though, and was very responsive.

An Unforgettable Experience

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying at this penthouse with an ocean view, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtfully chosen decor. But the true highlight is the view—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was simply magical. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or a peaceful breakfast with the sea breeze. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and professional throughout. Without a doubt, a place I’d return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very convenient location right on the beach. Decent parking fee.

Cons: Furniture on the balcony is worn out and should be replaced. Hand towels should also be available.

Pros: The penthouse, it's just as it says penthouse. It is stunningly beautiful with views that are even more radiate than the sun. Bring your food, bring your coffee, and enjoy a well stocked. penthouse. Convenient location to Fort Lauderdale to Miami.. What a pleasure.It was to find such a hidden gem. Our host was fantastic to work with. We look forward to renting this Penthouse again. For this event next year.l

Pros: זה לא פנטהאוז כמו שכתוב אלא קומה 16 ויש עוד קומה מעל הנוף לים הוא מהצד ולא בחזית הכיור היה סתום בקושי היה נראה שעשו נקיון קודם מכונת הכביסה היא ציבורית של המבנה שזה בסדר אבל חבל שזה לא מצויין כי יש לזה התארגנות מראש עם כרטיס וכו אין מגבות במטבח המרפסת עם שטיח ירוק מרוט מיקום בסדר הדירה עמוסה עם רהיטים נראה כמו מחסן חדר השינה גדול

Excellent host

Pros: The host was very responsive and genuinely cared about our stay and her property. All the common areas are kept very clean, and the parking rates are very reasonable

A terrific place, exceptional host, nice value.

Pros: FANTASTIC host , very kind, immediately available for any concerns, no hesitation. Comfortable space for two people, maybe a young child too. Nice kitchen, dining area, pleasant living/ tv space. Nice pool deck, nice beachfront, reasonably priced valet, Staff was pleasant. Good location ,tons of restaurants within 2 miles.

Cons: No MAJOR negatives !! That said- there is no chaise lounge or umbrella service on the beach, nor food service.( It's a condo, not a hotel no fault of host). Elevators are very slow(same). AC in condo is quite loud. TV in bedroom inoperable ( owner will be addressing it immediately!). Entry to the condo is dependant on a digital code lock system which takes some getting used to, can be trying at times. A few more bath / hand towels would have been nice.

Pros: The location to the beach & ocean view when you were on the balcony were great

Cons: It could have been cleaned better. Bathroom countertops had hair on them. We had to clean it. Kitchen utensils drawer was dirty so we used plastic. Coffee maker is beat. Rusty element & pot so we bought a cheap one to use from Walmart. Rugs in bathroom are dirty.

Great host and location!

Pros: Very clean and the decor looks amazing! The beachfront views are relaxing.
