Modern Beachfront Condo with Stunning Ocean View

Really beautiful apartment.

Pros: The apartment itself is the highlight. Large, well furnished, well equipped, quiet, big balcony. Really beautiful place.

Cons: The facilities of the Resort itself, are less than the standard of the apartment. And if possible, I would find a way to highlight in the initial advertisement that there will be a Valet charge. I nearly cancelled when I received the message, and I am glad we didn't cancel. But it was still a surprise.

Nice modern condo

Pros: A nice 1 bedroom condo right at the beach. The balcony is large, great view of the swimming pools on the 9th floor and the beach, sea itself. The condo is fully furnished, has a great kitchen. It's modern, clean and is located in a good neighborhood, close to major food /retail shops. The host is responsive and helped solve an issue fast. Thank you. In general, I would recommend the condo. Valet parking is a must and available in the building entrance, but works well.

Cons: Since we traveled as 4 adults, 2 had to sleep on the living room couch, which is a bit hard and not comfortable. Also, the bedroom mattress is very soft, though that is subjective, some might like it.

Best stay ever

Pros: Host Rachel was very attentive and very helpful anytime I requested information. The condo was extremely clean and furnished with all top end luxury. The condo is located in the most desired location overlooking the pool and ocean. I’m sure to return again. 10/10

Pros: Love the place and the pictures was just like it. Great location for quick run to Walmart and other stores. Our activities was no more than 30 minutes away. It's only 45 minutes to Miami. The host answered questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: It was a little hassle to check in. You had to check in the vehicle first. It was only one person at valet who was checking in everybody and it was quite a few people came after we pulled up. After that then you can check in the resort to get your keys, cards and info. The room was great housekeeping left a few things unattended, nothing nasty so it wasn't a biggie. I always clean before I unpack anyway. Wish it had more of an oceanview but it was nice. The pool hours was sun up to sun down, which we didn't understand cause it was still early and the pool was close around 6 or 7 can't remember. And have the time it wasn't even sunny. When it was time for check out. It was a PAIN. My girlfriend went to walk to the store around 930ish. When she tried to get back on the elevator her key would not work. She went to the front desk. They said they reactivated and not sure what happen. She went back to the elevator and it still would not work. Lucky somebody was on the elevator so she rode to 14th floor and walked down to our floor 12th floor. When it was time for us to leave. I used my key cause it seem to work on the room door. I was able to get down to the main floor. To get a cart. We didn't need help so I had to either leave my license which I did not have or the room number cause the bellman said people take carts and don't return them. Well I should have just let him help. Long story short. After 3 trips back and forth to the elevator to the desk I was finally able to go back to the room to get our bags and exit. They said they activated the key but it wasn't. Even after 2 minutes. I rode up and down the elevator cause key wouldnt work. It wasn't even check out time yet. So basically it took us about another 45 mins to leave. And I made sure to let them know it wasn't my fault that we checked out late.

Pros: Прекрасный вид на океан с балкона и из номера. Номер просторный, хорошо обставлен мебелью, достаточно мест для хранения вещей. Большая кухня со всей техникой. При заселении обнаружили, что большая сковорода и форма для выпечки непригодны для применения. Я написала Рейчел, она быстро ответила и мы договорилсь, что мы купим эти предметы, а она возместит по чеку. Было приятно, что так быстро решился вопрос.

Cons: При таком прекрасном виде, стекла в комнатах и на балконе были не очень чистыми, видно, что их моют редко. При этом, снаружи на балконе при нас окна мыли альпинисты. Очень мягкий матрас. Шумная дорога рядом.

Pros: Very nice and well equipped apartment, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the city. The pool, gym, the restaurant, the cafeteria, the staff, and the good vibes of the hotel in general.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location! Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The condo itself was beautiful! Clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, a fan, and a Keurig coffee maker. The giant balcony was a fantastic place to read, have coffee, or just relax while taking in the ocean view. Plenty of chairs and towels at the pool, and the onsite restaurant was delicious. When reading reviews for the hotel, I read a lot about slow elevators and rude front desk staff. We didn't experience any of that, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. There's a 7-11 directly across the street and a Walmart less than a 10 minute walk away for forgotten essentials. Rachel, the host, was extremely communicative and for that, we're sooo appreciative!
