Hotel validissimo su Miami

Pros: Meritano le loro stelle e sono davvero precisi . Sono super disponibili , puliscono le stanze 1000 volte al giorno .

Cons: Leggera aggressività del personale della colazione. Nn sono chiari su quello che è incluso o no ed alla fine ti ritrovi sempre a pagare un pochino di più , anche se hai la colazione inclusa

Excelente opção para quem viaja com crianças para Miami

Pros: muito bem localizado, atendimento de todos do hotel sempre impecável e rapido, comida de todos restaurantes muito boa, serviço de praia ótimo..., e o melhor para quem viaja com criança é o Kids Club, muito legal e as crianças não queriam sair das atividades, vale muito a pena.

Foi uma excelente experiência. Staff, quartos e hotel espetaculares!

Pros: Assim que cheguei, recebi um upgrade de quarto fantástico. Ficamos de frente para o mar, fomos super bem atendidos, a limpeza e estrutura do quarto é maravilhosa. O staff do hotel super gentil e atencioso. Comida do hotel ótima e infra-estrutura também.

Cons: Acho apenas que 40 dólares mais taxas por dia de estacionamento é meio abusivo.

The best resort experience I ever had.

Pros: The resort exceeded all of my expectations and I've never experienced this level of accommodations at any resort. The communication was stellar, the resort itself had everything we needed and they truly went above and beyond to provide the 5 star experience. There were no hidden fees.

Cons: No issues at all. You get what you pay for! One restaurant recommendation givdn to us for dinner was the Surf Club, which is a popular restaurant at The Four Seasons. The ambiance was nice, but the food was very basic and grossly overpriced. I do not recommend it. However, this is not connected to the Acqualina

Hotel maravilhoso

Pros: O hotel é maravilhoso, quartos amplos, localização perfeita em frente ao mar, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons: O nosso quarto tinha pouca vazão de água nas torneiras e no chuveiro, sendo que na primeira noite a água estava morna, tivemos que avisar a recepção que mandou um funcionário olhar e disse que era problema nos misturadores e que na manhã seguinte iriam consertar e outro problema foi que estão fazendo obras na fachada do hotel e nos colocaram em um quarto bem próximo o barulho era insuportável.

Pros: Абсолютно все, я бы сказал идеальный отель! Есть все удобства , которые соответствуют самому высокому уровню! Отличный пляж, свободные лежаки, рядом с пляжем душевые комнаты с полным ассортиментом принадлежностей! В номере чисто и красиво, удобная кровать, качественные принадлежности для душа.

Cons: Из минусов не предложили воду на пляже, оба раза когда я загорал, хотя остальным посетителям всем разносили. Но возможно они просто забыли. Также не заселили меня по просьбе чуть раньше, пришлось ожидать четко до 16 часов! Хотя я приехал около часа дня.
