Great hotel - We have a good time

Pros: The room was comfortable, plenty of space. We travel with our babyboy with a stroller. So it was a must for us. The location for us was great since we had family staying close. The rooms are quite and the bed were huge.

Cons: Nothing bad to say. Everything was as espected.

Enjoyable

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly, could do with a bigger coffee shop with more food selections

Cons: Pool gets too busy on weekend with kids playing games in the pool so cannot relax - gym was too small

Good value for money, I would stay here again.

Pros: Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Effective and quiet air conditioning. Reasonable price. Perfect location for my needs.

Cons: No complaints.

Very comfortable room with great view of the intercoastal

Pros: Great views from the hotel room and pool complex. Good location and facilities.

Pros: They were very accommodating when we asked to upgrade our room, and they gave us a double balcony overlooking the pool.

Cons: The wind, but you can't stop that from happening.

Adequate Stay

Pros: The room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Nothing to complain.

Cons: There was a hand towel on the rack with stains which looks like it was used.

The room was comfortable.

Pros: There needs to be more detail about what is offered. I could not determine if breakfast was included in my booking. Further, I had the painstaking experience of being charged for the resort fee by the hotel when it was covered in my booking payment. The hotel was not timely in addressing the matter. Two charges were made, which were subsequently removed. This is not good.

Cons: Clarity of what is included in the booking. More information needs to be given. Payment issues, being charged. The lighting in the room was poor. There need to be brighter lights in the room. There was also no iron.

Nice hotel in great location

Pros: One quick night there on the way to a conference. Great spot in good location with a great pool, dining area etc. I wish i had have know that a water taxi could have taken me down the canal to the next place i was going to. Id recommend researching that option as a form of transport, but also as a way of seeing Fort Lauderdale from the water

Comfortable if you’re able to book for the right price

Pros: Pool was nice, being along the causeway makes it nice to watch boats go by.

Cons: Not anywhere to really walk to, exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom, servers did not note service chargers included on bills
