San Juan Hotel Miami Beach

Pros: staff super friendly , free champagne , free orange juice for friends birthday just lovely

Cons: we booked a 4 person room but we only got 2 sun loungers up the beach , which was annoying

Pros: Location is amazing, right where you want to be, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and near shops and restaurants

Cons: Breakfast is sad. Not a lot of options, nothing healthy for sure. There are a couple of bakeries next door (really close) so i wouldnt add breakfast to the booking and just go have breakfast outside (but go early as it gets really busy at around 9am)

Good overnight stay

Pros: Everything was good. Staff helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus service was very good.

Pros: The position, the bed... everything is good! The staff is amazing. We had an issue with air conditioning and someone came to fix it immediately around 1 am.

Cons: Hot water system was a bit slow and unreliable in delivering hot water. Air conditioning was noisy and it could not be adjusted to be warmer when needed

Pros: Position, bed, view on the pool, coffee machine, beach included, kind staff.

Cons: Toilet flush needed to be repaired, loud airco on the floor.

Good location in South Beach

Pros: Location is very convenient- close to beach , shopping street with easy access to transportation options. Room was nice: ok in size, bright and bed was comfortable

Cons: The AC in the room is way too strong and temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The breakfast is really bad- I regretted choosing option including breakfast when booking- better use your money somewhere else. Took be 25 min to find beach club as apparently it moved recently and crew on the beach were not aware of it whereabouts. Lastly- it can be noisy - I could hear my neighbors and people on corridors until late night

Pros: very well placed in the collins Avenue , very close to the beach little swimming pool interessing and very good bar ,few cocktail but more than perfect

Cons: Hotel is very noisy on the 1st floor , not really their fault , but can say to people to be more respectful lack of small breakfast
