Ideal location for everything you need 👍🏼

Pros: Comfy beds, heated toilet seat, balcony, nice staff.

Cons: Locks on doors not great. Just a bit run down and could do with some TLC. Rooftop pool closed, not advised of this until arrival. Could use next door hotel pool but not the same when you have to cross a road to use the facilities.

One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Pros: The apartment had everything we could need, hairdryer , iron, aircon and much more. So much space in the rooms and it was spotless.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

Pros: Spacious, luxurious rooms. Really close to beach and shopping area.

Cons: Exterior and entrance did not look like the advertised hotel. Pool under repair, so had to use hotel across the street (nice, but inconvenient)

Great hotel

Pros: rooms were big and loved the shower and bath. also the staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons: when room cleaning missed few items every day. couldn't acces without staff through the side gate which was easier with the buggy. swimming pool and bar weren't open and wasn't mentioned

Pros: The position is fabulous, just few steps from ocean drive, the beach, Lincoln street and espanola way! The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: During the night is a bit noisy especially for the proximity to the street and the air conditioning.

A perfect hotel for a Miami experience

Pros: All of the 4 staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with bags and parking and provided and extra couple of blankets. The location is AMAZING ! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a great shower and double sink area, ideal for a group. We were a group of 5 ladies wanting a simple and clean hotel in a great location and that’s exactly what this is. No it’s not fancy or luxurious but we didn’t want to pay a fortune and why would you need that anyway when you’re in Miami - get out and explore the city …the room is only for washing, changing clothes and sleeping !!

Great hotel with huge potential, but definitely lacks management and attention to details

Pros: The hotel is a very interesting place indeed. It has a lot of potential, but definitely lacks management.. -The location is just great! 5 minutes from the beach, near all the beautiful hotels, not crowded, great places to eat nearby and Wallgreens around the corner. -The room was amazing! It was very big and with nice private balcony. Bed very comfortable, TV was huge, bathroom was huge - trust me, for Miami the size of everything is just amazing -Clean kitchenette with a clean microwave, really tasty coffee, clean glasses and cups (washed everyday) - Cleaning was every day and very good, fresh clean towels every day - Staff was a bit lost, but helpful and kind - Beach chairs and towels were available. We bought an umbrella and it was more than enough for a week of vacation - We once used the swimming pool at the Gale hotel; it was ok. Quite small, but clean and refreshing

Cons: We booked a King room and were given a room on the second floor first . omg! These rooms should not be sold at all! - the room was smelly, humid, windows were closed, stains on the floor.. we asked for another room - and we’re given a room on the third floor with a huge private balcony facing two sides - and it was just amazing! I still cannot understand such a difference in the same hotel 😅 Note for the management- please exclude some rooms from booking at all.. this really damages the impression from the hotel.. Another funny thing was the floor in our room.. I have read the reviews about white socks turning black and dirty floors. But in fact, what we discovered is that the floors are not dirty - they just used to be coloured black! And now the coverage somehow going away and with every wash especially when the floor is wet - your feet automatically become black with these coverage colour! We bought the flip flops next day and used them inside the room, BUT the hotel staff does not even now about the issue or understand that😅 as when we showed our feet the the staff they have sent the housekeeping to our room .. but actually the floors in the lobby are black , so it is obvious that probably it is just the colouration , not dirt.. So again our question is - is there a General manager at all at the hotel who would at least care about such things?)) as because of them the whole picture is just ruined.. - the lobby is new and stylish, but again ! Why there is unpacked furniture and no one cares..

Excellent location, helpful staff, great room and amenities.

Pros: Room was great. Free coffee and tea provided. The staff was extremely helpful. 24-h reception is very useful to have. Good amenities at the hotel. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants nearby. This is THE HOTEL if we go to Miami Beach again. Excellent location.

Really nice hotel, very well located.

Pros: Lovely hotel, well placed for the beach and the Convention centre. The bathrooms are particularly nice, with deep baths and huge walk in showers. Free snacks and drinks was a nice touch.

Cons: My fridge wasn't working. I told this to the manager but it wasn't fixed. I mentioned it again to front desk upon check out, so I hope it was repaired for the next customer.

Pros: Everything was great, we felt at home. The rooms were nice and cleaned every day, close to Ocean drive, Lincoln road, Walgreens... Thank you
