Excellent so we rebooked for on the way back

Pros: It was very convenient, the rooms are very fresh and the Pilot restaurant is excellent.

Cons: I think breakfast should be included

Nice stay for first or last night of your trip - close to airport

Pros: A bit bigger rooms and beds. Was clean. Parking included meant a lot.

Cons: Based on price it was hard to accept that only one elevator was working in a multi floor building. For that price breakfast could be included.

Pros: The service is top notch. Amazing feature was the shower pressure, best I've ever encountered anywhere.

Cons: Road traffic sounds could be noisy impressive at first, but goes along with the scenery. Overall, not a regret for the price thanks for the positive benefits!

Excellent choice for Miami Airport a real treat.

Pros: Booked after arriving late from New York on the Amtrak. Absolutely charming hotel. Welcoming, good staff. Had a delicious meal at the bar. The rooms are spacious, well designed and super comfortable with great showers. Really good shuttle to the airport to collect our hire car the driver was so helpful.

Okay for one night.

Pros: Bed was gorgeous. Very large and very comfortable.

Cons: Didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t one separate room. Also very very noisy with the planes and the trains. Restaurant refused to put the evening meal on the room.

Pros: Seemed new and was really clean, large enough for 4 of us ( mum, dad and 2 kids) for the night. Good facilities and the restaurant was good.

Cons: Nothing.

Clean and Friendly staff

Pros: Extremely convenient to fly or cruise early in the morning specially with the shuttle.

Great place near airport

Pros: Rooms, bar and dining available on sight, friendliness and professionalism of staff.

Cons: Only stayed one night so we did not venue out to go to bars or dining.

Close to airport,

Pros: Breakfast was basic. But enough for an onward journey. The bed was comfortable, the power shower was amazing! The room was clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Particularly Anna who went out of her way to try and sort out a problem.

Cons: The safe did not work and we had medications, documents, cash and jewellery. So did not have room service as we wanted our room to be secure. It was very noisy due to the planes taking off. It’s a bit out of the sticks and not great transport to the city unless you take a taxi.
