Reservation disconnect

Pros: Cleanliness, quite, location to airport and cruise port.

Cons: There is a disconnect with booking.com and my reservation name for the two rooms I booked at the hotel, Comfort Suites Miami. My name was not in the reservation for the rooms. When I called ahead using the bookings.com reservation number the hotel did not have it in their system. I called booking.com who said it would be emailed to them. This was scary and frustrating. I had to provide one of my family members name who was booked in one of the other rooms so they could see my name. I booked and paid for both rooms in my name.

Comfortable

Pros: I did not have breakfast because it finish at 09:00 hr

Cons: Extend the breakfast time till 10:30 hr

Great value for money and excellent accommodation!

Pros: The hotel room wad spacious and exceptionally clean. The shuttle service from and back to the airport was excellent.

Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff

We only stayed for one night before a cruise but everything including breakfast was good

Pros: Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. She gave us a lot of information and organised a taxi for us to get to the port the next day.

Cons: We are English and would have liked a kettle, tea bags and some milk for a cup of tea on arrival.

Pros: 10min drive from the airport with free shuttles running every hour. The rooms have a good noise cancellation. Overall, very good value for money.

Cons: Room cleaning can be improved

Pros: The room was spotless, very comfortable, the free shuttle service is amazing, the staff were excellent

Pros: It was a real comfy location for our family. They were kind to check us in early since we arrived early morning. There was also a good shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and from the hotel to the port.

Pros: Very accommodating to let me stay in the same room without the inconvenience of checking out and in again after my friend left for her flight a day earlier than mine. Shuttle was excellent.

Comfort Suites

Pros: Big, clean room with a good size bathroom and plenty of towels. Microwave was handy and free tea and coffee facilities. The pool gets the sun from about midday.
