Place well located

Pros: The place is very well located. Close to many things and close to the airport. The area is very calm and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. The room we stayed was a room with kitchen, that came very in handy to what we needed.

Cons: We didn't have breakfast, because we slept late every day we stayed, and breakfast would finish very early for us to be able to be there. I think it would be very nice if the breakfast was a little longer. Perhaps an extra hour would have been just right for us. But this doesn't mean we won't stay there again. Also, only one of the employees we dealt with was pleasant. The other ones were a little hard to deal because they always gave the impression that we were bothering them. So, I will leave this to whoever stays there to make their own conclusions.

Pros: Nice environment overall. Room was very clean and spacious. I especially liked the round the clock coffee station. Staff were friendly and informative. Special mention to Sean who checked us in.

Nice stay in Doral

Pros: Very comfortable beds. The room is nice and dark, silence in the night

Cons: No wardrobe lack of space for the luggage

Pros: Nice clean room with everything in order. Easy to find location which is good if travelling to Everglades NP. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pool and hot breakfast. Parking is incl.

Cons: Air conditioning is too cold. Our room was for 5 pax. and they did not have sufficient linen, towels or pillows. Receptionist was alone and so I had to collect the items myself. 1 extra thing to do when trying to get kids showered and fed. Breakfast is in lobby and so it feelsl a little strange to eat there.

Pros: We stayed in March 2024 as a family (2 adults and 2 children) for 1 week and enjoyed the experience. Comfortable hotel, with good facilities (swimming pool, laundry, hygiene kit, minibar), comfortable room with good beds and spacious bathrooms, standard American buffet breakfast with good options (waffle, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread, eggs). Hotel very close to Dolphin Mall (5 min by car) and about 30 min from Miami Beach/Airport and Sawgrass Malls. It is on the highway that connects Miami to Orlando and with good services nearby.

Cons: Unfortunately, we had problems with the water in the bathroom, which no matter how long we waited for more than an hour, it didn't heat up, which forced us to take a cold shower a few times, a shame, as it impacted our experience with this accommodation. We hope this condition improves so we can return

Pros: Nice localization if you want to ride to Everglades and next the mall which was great for our shopping. The room had everything we needed for our family and staff was very helpful. Thank you!

Comfortable and relaxing with very pleasant workers.

Pros: It's not too far from dolphin mall so Uber cost is relatively cheap. I liked the breakfast and that you all receive packages for customers.

Cons: The ac in the room was way too cold but after taking it off everything was perfect.

Pros: The coffee was quite good. Breakfast was good as expected

Cons: Not much for vegans
