Very pleasant experience.

Pros: Great location very close to the airport. Good food places very close by too. Staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of options for everyone. My double Queen studio bedroom is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Good hotel for airport stopover

Pros: I've stayed at this hotel twice, and would stay again if I was stopping over in Miami. It is very close to the airport, so easy to access. This time, we took a taxi from the airport so we didn't have to wait for the shuttle. We did take the shuttle back to the airport, which was good. The room was good. The main bed is great - very big and comfortable. Useful to have a kitchen. We ate burgers at the restaurant for dinner and were very impressed. Food not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is really good!

Cons: The sofa bed in the family room is AWFUL. Not good for sleeping on, so not worth paying extra for the extra bed.

Recommended, clean spacious comfy rooms, great value!

Pros: Rooms are fantastic and spacious, cosy beds, everything you need for a couple nights pre/post travel. Great value for what you do get and the free breakfast is fine.

Cons: Can’t fault anything, pool area little bit smaller than how it looks in the photo but that’s just being picky!

Close to Airports and Ports

Great stay and would return

Pros: room was great, breakfast was good just odd having to eat with paperplaces and plastic utensils. Pool was different than in picture in booking.com

Cons: Still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. would appreciate it being refunded quicker. Im waiting 16 days now.

Pros: The staff was super friendly. We checked in after midnight and the guy at the front desk was beyond politeness and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. At the checkout Jayson, front desk, was very helpful in multiple requests we had and super welcoming too. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, totally recommend.

Miami stay

Pros: The room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful

Cons: The breakfast was not great. Often there was no cooked breakfast left and there didn't seem a hurry to replenish it. The view out of my window was a car lot.

Great for a 2night stop over.

Pros: Room spacious. Bathroom bright and clean. Bed and bedding nice. No waiting for the lift. Lovely hot swimming pool. Breakfast plentiful and good choice if only there for one or two nights.

Cons: Room smelt slightly fusty when we first arrived. Pillows a bit lumpy. Too much plastic at breakfast. Waited 40 minutes for the courtesy bus at the airport but it came eventually.

Pros: Everything and the fact that they let us check in earlier. Very friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport.

Would recommend other travelers to stay here. Value for money

Pros: Breakfast to be honest did not meet my expectation of health. Too much meat. Room was very clean and cozy and the hotel was close to the airport with free shuttle to the airport and even the nearest shopping mall.

Cons: Language was a bit a barrier. I could not speak Spanish. But otherwise, i liked most of the services
