The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

Pros: The ease of getting between the hotel to the casino was great. The in-room dining was excellent and so was some of the restaurants we tried at the property. The BOL was amazing!

Cons: Some staff did not know the difference between the types of Unity cards, or how one could upgrade to a Gold Unity Card from the standard Red Card for example. All staff in service roles should have basic enough knowledge to help educate guests on this in my opinion and for more complex questions, then refer them to the Players Club.

This was a great weekend, good fun and great food

Pros: I like the Pool, sports bars, the restaurants and especially the Casino. The best gift of this hotel is once you’re there you don’t have to leave. Great experience

Pros: We enjoyed the entire experience that everything was in one place. The selection of restaurants was excellent. The lobby was beautiful and staff very friendly. The pool area and outdoor space was kept very clean and lots of lounges were available. Free parking was also greatly appreciated.

Cons: The fact that smoking was permitted in the casino and that drinks were not included while gambling.

Remove check in experience and it was amazing!

Pros: The property is just amazing! Such a good vibe. Exactly what you would expect from a Hard Rock Property in Miami.

Cons: Check in was a nightmare after a 15 hour flight. We were kept waiting for over an hour whilst an issue was solved between the hotel and booking.com (which we were informed happens regularly). Initially we were asked to resolve it ourselves but eventually the Hard Rock team stepped up, however, we were sat on the floor in a corner of the lobby during the whole process and this should have been handled better. If the problem is so regular I am not sure why this platform is still utilised by the hotel or the issue is not resolved.

Pros: The facilities were amazing including all the pool areas and the spa too.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that there are no water fountains to refill bottles. To be expected to buy a bottle of water every time you need water ie whilst sitting at the pool, is fundamentally wrong. It should be provided at all times. As it is not provided, it becomes very expensive just to remain hydrated!!

Cons: smoking in Casinos love to see USA be smoke free. there is a smoke free part to say I I that we took advantage of.

Pros: Die Betten waren der Wahnsinn. Ich habe vergeblich versucht herauszubekommen welche Matratzen genutzt wurden. Leider waren keinen Zimmer mit Balkon verfügbar.

Cons: Per fare la foto alla Guitar illuminata devi pagare un biglietto da 25 dollari a testa....oppure allontanarti dalla struttura e farla da lontano

Pros: Quarto bom e confortável. O hotel é muito agitado, em virtude das várias atrações, cassino e entretenimento.

Cons: Forte cheiro nos corredores dos quartos de cigarro e outras substâncias. Infelizmente permitem fumar nos corredores. Não achei recomendável para famílias.
