Pros: Originally, I was booked on the other side of the hotel. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working , and it was boiling ., the reception staff was kind enough to move us to the new hotel ..thank you to staff and the bill boy Antonio who kind enough to move our luggages.

Pros: It was a lively hotel!!! If you needed to relax it also catered to those needs with spa and pool. Restaurants with delicious menus. Cleaning service is impeccable. Guitar light shows are fun to watch. Very romantic feel to the hotel. Too much to talk about, just need to experience. Concierge service there to help if you have any questions.

Pros: The property has so many amenities, but restaurants being fabulous especially the Italian one in the pool area areas is great and we were there for the Chris Stapleton concert so the location to the venue was amazing

Cons: The casino smoking area should be designated smoking is upfront even checking in you can smell an see smokers

Very good stay.

Pros: Room was nice but bathroom not really clean - I had to wipe the toilet. Casino was fun - but why no free drinks like all other casinos? Christmas light show was superb.

Cons: Paying for drinks on casino floor. I have been to Vegas, AC, Foxwood & Mohegan Sun and all those casinos give alcoholic drinks for free if you gamble.
