Pros: Great value for money stay in an otherwise very expensive city. No frills and nothing fancy - but a tidy clean small room close to most places. And the host was very clear with communication and always helpful in answering my questions.

Cons: Nothing to complain about at the value for money price.

Pros: Great location, affordable, clean, you have all the necessities. If you explore Little Havana or simply stay to catch a flight on the next day, this place is great for both.

Cons: The street is safe during daylight but I would not go outside when it's dark.

Pros: Our host was very kind and the room was clean and comfy for the 1 night we stayed! The neighbourhood was safe, we parked out front and we had no issues. The area also has lots of restaurants and activities nearby so there was lots of options for food and things to do.

Cons: We liked everything but just a small comment is that we heard some noises coming from the street at night (cars, pets, etc) and we woke up a couple times. Still, we were able to fall asleep again since they quiet down quickly. Overall I'd still recommend staying here!

Cons: The duvet was clean but had some hairs through the fabric. The mattress was a bit too soft.

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr nqh zum qbend belebte Havana Viertel. Es werde keine öffentliche verkehrsmittel benötigt um ins Havana Viertel zu kommen, 15 minuten zu fuss.

Cons: Parkmöglichkeit nicht besonders sicher.
