Pros: Cheap, great location, 2 bathroom/showers, fridge.

Cons: Complicated to enter. The inner door locks automatically, so when you want to get something from the car, you have to go back to the front sliding door to open it from there. Arriving with car is also a little strange, since the remote is inside the appartment and you can't park inside without it.

Pros: Estava tudo muito bom. Localização boa, apartamento bem grande e bem equipado.

Pros: Convenient walks to all restaurants beach cafes and just about whatever you can think of…

Cons: For the most part apartment was great,til you leave the property with the gates to go and come from needs to be quickly due to your in a 30 second buzzer to get thru which is comical as soon as it all came together I’m checkout. I would definitely recommend it as well.

Super nah am Strand, Parkplatz - Preis/Leistung 10/10

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat eine unschlagbare Lage, nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten vom Strand (South Beach) entfernt und einen dazugehörigen Parkplatz, den man in Miami Beach wirklich benötigt. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber auch für vier Personen ist sie bestens geeignet, da es 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem dazugehörigen Bad gibt. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem ist alles sauber und funktioniert. In der Küche kann gekocht werden und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und Strandhandtücher. Preis/Leistung 10/10, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons: Die Möbel sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte.
