Great value location

Pros: Great location and communication from the staff in site. Lovely and clean and wonderful views of Miami Beach.

Cons: The beds were creaky and could have done with tea and coffee supplies for the room, but facilities were fine.

Pros: Excelente en todo sentido Cómodo Confortable Una ventana privilegiada a la naturaleza y el mar Recomendable para familias y para cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de esta gran ciudad

Cons: Nada .. porque todo esta bien

Pros: La vue sur mer exceptionnelle La grandeur du logement

Cons: Rafraîchissement a faire. Rouille dans la salle de bains, tiroir qui s'ouvre difficilement Plan de travail tâché comme de la rouille

I will come back to stay here next time in Miami beach.

Pros: Wonderful location with nice and easy vallet parking.

Cons: Moist and sticky floor, feel a bit sandy.

Pros: - El departamento estaba ubicado en el piso 10 de un total de 17 pisos con vista directa y despejada al mar - Estaba limpio - Dos camas dobles queen comodas - Quitasol y sillas de playa - Tenía toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo, jabon etc. - Útiles de cocina, refrigerador, microondas y cafetera - El aire acondicionado estaba bien - En el mismo edificio hay tiendas para comprar lo que necesites - La piscina estaba habilitada aunque no la usé - The apartment was located on the 10th floor of a total of 17 floors with a direct and clear view of the sea - It was clean - Two comfortable queen size beds - Umbrella and beach chairs - It had towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc. - Kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker - The air conditioning was good - In the same building there are stores to buy what you need - The pool was open even though I didn't use it

Cons: - El baño no tenía extractor de aire ni ventilacion natural y al abrirlo este da a la pequeña zona de cocina - No se pueden abrir las ventanas para ventilar la habitación es demasiado hermético y a veces se siente la falta de aire fresco - Aunque esta bien mantenido se nota que es un departamento antiguo ya que hay zonas como la tina y las puertas que se ven algo desgastadas - El parking no es totalmente gratis ya que debes pagar propinas por el servicio de valet - The bathroom did not have an extractor fan or natural ventilation, and when you open it, it opens onto the small kitchen area - You can not open the windows to ventilate the room. Pros: Die tolle Lage und der Meerblick. Vor Ort waren Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme

Pros: Las instalaciones limpias y tal cual las fotos , además su ubicación frente a la playa y poder contar con parking privado gratis. Además que llegue antes de la hora del check in y me entregaron el cuarto.
