Everything was PERFECT

Pros: I was really happy to stay there. Everything is at the TOP. It's a really calm place first of all. The location is perfect regarding the access to all the different highways. You have also all the food brands next door. Inside, tha room is well organized, with all the lil accessories you might need. If i have to go back to Miami, for sure i will rent the place again.

Nice quiet residential area, shops nearby as well as access to public transport to downtown.

Pros: The hosts were really helpful and we were able to contact them if we needed anything. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave, TV, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Beds were very comfortable and the property was very clean. We were about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get public transport into Downtown Miami (combined bus and metrorail took about an hour). There was also space at the property for our rental car. We were about 10 minutes from the airport and close to the freeway which was useful for travelling outside of Miami. There were shops within 5 minutes' walk from the property, including a car hire office, a supermarket, a bar, various fast food places as well.

Cons: It was all good but we could have done with an area map - you don't neccessarily always want to refer to your phone. Perhaps an umbrella would be handy as well to cope with the really hot sunny skies and the occasional downpour! Metrorail brochure/tariff sheet would also be good. Could have done with a couple of bowls and/or plates.

Pros: Close to where I needed to be. Clean, provided everything I needed, safe and quiet neighborhood.

Séjour très agréable

Pros: Endroit résidentiel très agréable. Logement pratique et hôte très pro. Proche des lieux à visiter sur Miami en voiture.

Cons: Manque un petit coin cuisine :(

Pros: Equidistante a todo. Cerca del aeropuerto. Muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Amplio lugar para aparcar.

Cons: Una observación es que tenía bañera pero no permitían su uso. :-(

Monolocale da 10!

Pros: Il monolocale era perfetto, dimensioni ottime, bagno molto grande. Tutto pulitissimo. Letto molto comodo. C'era anche l angolo colazione con frigo microonde e bollitore. L'area intorno molto tranquilla e abbiamo incontrato il proprietario. Molto gentile e discreto sempre.

Cons: Niente

Hervorragende Alternative zu Hotels, wenn man nicht direkt Downtown oder am Beach wohnen will

Pros: Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen, von Miami über Everglades und Ft. Lauterdale. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen ruhige Gegend. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos direkt vor der Appartmenttür abstellen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Die Klimatisierung des Zimmers war etwas schwierig, zumal die Hausklima an der Decke im Betrieb sehr zugig war. Wir haben die Lamellen dort weitgehend geschlossen und über das zimmereigene mobile Klimagerät die Temperatur zu regeln versucht, ging aber nicht während der Nacht, da das Gerät relativ laut ist. Mit der Zeit konnten wir uns aber gut damit arrangieren.
