It is worth it!

Pros: The property is new and very clean! There is a kitchen where I I was able to cook. I like the decors of the place. It is oozing with creativity and positivity. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep. It is near Bayside Marketplace where we were able to buy souvenirs. There were 2 cans of soft drinks and snacks on the table. Coming from the airport exhausted, it is a welcoming gesture.

Cons: Nothing. I am happy staying there! Thank you!

Great experience, highly recommend

Pros: Everything was great! I would like to highlight: 1. Location near embankment, which was great for my running sessions 2. Equipment: Full sized kitchen, washing and drying machines 3. TV with youtube app and Netflix 4. Convenient and easy usable check in/out system Also nearby there is a Whole food supermarket and big shopping mall in the Brickell district. Host is exceptionally friendly and responsive. Great experience, highly recommend!

Beautiful property, felt very luxurious!

Pros: Such a beautiful property, with the most amazing views! Bed was so comfortable, and whole property was spotless. We were so sad we only got to spend one night! Owner was amazing at keeping in contact. Would absolutely recommend and will look to hopefully stay again in the future.

Beautiful apartment… Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect… central and so easy to get to any attraction or area you wanted to visit including Bayside, South Beach, Little Havana & Wynyard Walls Mateo was easy to contact and went above & beyond to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable and memorable

Pros: Good service, safe apartment, good location. There are many kitchen utensils, but I didn't use them.

Pros: まずロケーションが最高。ダウンタウンの中心部で、Bayside MarketplaceもWholeFoodsも徒歩で行けます。無料の交通機関の駅であるFirst Streetも目の前。 あと、何よりMateoのホスピタリティが最高。メッセージの返信もめちゃくちゃ早い、かつ質問には正確に回答してくれるのですごく安心して宿に向かうことができました。

Pros: L emplacement est super, tout est disponible à pied : station de métro aérien, baysides avec ses départs de visites, tours et restaurants, supermarché

Cons: Le canapé est un peu bruyant

Pros: Meitä oli 4 majottujaa (2 aikuisra, 2 teini-ikäistä). Vietimme huoneistossa yli viikon. Aaunto oli erittäin siisti ja kaikkia tarvittavat keittiövälineet kunnossa. Kaikille majoittujalle oli pyyhkeet, asunnossa pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä astianpesukone. Päävuode oli erittäin mukava, vuodesohva nariseva/kohtalainen. Rakennus oli rauhallinen, asunto 24 kerroksessa.. Allas ja kuntosalia-alue toivat mukavuutta. Asunnon vesisadesuihku oli ihana.

Cons: Huoneistossa oli neljälle niukasti astioita. 2 tuolia ruokailua varten täytyi diirtää parvekkeelta.

Pros: Todo, sencillamente perfecto ubicacion, instalaciones, precio, todo muy moderno e impecable.
