Dream Studio on the Beach

Holiday home from home.

Pros: The area itself has a great ambience. Close to exercise path, shops and public transport.

Cons: Even at times when the weather was on the cold side, it is easy to catch the bus to Aventura Mall and the see a film at the AMC Theatre.

Pros: The cooking facilities were awesome. The large fridge freezer perfect.

Cons: The roku remote for the tv was temperamental.

Pros: The location is perfect, right on the beach. The apartment is stocked with all you need and ideal for a perfect holiday stay. The host was great with communication and answered any questions I had.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy Miami Beach.

Pros: Perfect location with direct access to the beach. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about, you can just get in your bathing trunks and relax all while staying in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores within the next few blocks. I‘m sure staying in North Beach is much better than Downtown in South Beach where there’s partying all night (unless you want that of course). The best part is, you can enter the building with a key code, so you don’t even have to worry about where to hide your keys while on the beach.

Cons: As of June 2024 they’re redoing the street outside the building, so you have to take a little detour to get to the beach (literally just a few feet though). You might get a little noise from the construction site at day time, but who’s staying in the apartment anyway. Bottom line is, it will even be nicer once they’re finished.

Pros: Nice little apartment, good situation, all nearby. Good wifi.

Cons: The elevator does not work. The frying pan is missing. Some cockroaches.

Pros: Lovely apartment right on North Beach. Very clean with everything that we needed.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. Súper completa la cocina, te dejan sillas para la playa, sombrilla, heladerita y toallas. Heladera grande con freezer. Lo mejor la ubicación, cerca de todo y la playa a un paso. Muy cómodo y amplio. Volvería sin dudas

Cons: El colchón está un poco vencido y el aire hace mucho ruido

Pros: Muy cerca de la playa y con todo lo necesario. ( sillas, neverita y toallas de playa)

Ótimos dias em Miami Beach

Pros: Ótima localização! De frente pro mar, pena que estavam em obras e tinha alguns acessos fechados com cerca. Ambiente decorado bem fofo e bem equipado.

Cons: Colchão e travesseiros super desconfortável. Colchão de espuma bem usado já com dobra no meio. Importante salientar na descrição do anúncio que as tomadas sao com outro tipo de entrada e que é necessário um adaptador, pois chegamos de noite, sem bateria no celular e as tomadas não encaixavam. Eu acho que pelo valor pago, que foi alto, faltou um pouco no geral.

Good plays to stay for vacation

Pros: Location was good; apartment have all necessary staff , like kitchen supplies, umbrellas and towels for the beach ; cleaning is okey, instruction for everything , like info about flags at the beach , laundry instruction, etc. Good communication with owner. Good area, parking. Price is good , definitely worth it

Cons: Cockroaches and cigarets smell at the hall , and frezer wasn’t closing.
