Pros: Great view overlooking the pool/Tennis courts and just across the road from Miami beach..balcony gets the sun from about 1 onwards

Cons: Workmen on site replacing windows was pretty noisy and dusty

Buen depto y excelente anfitrion

Pros: El depto es confortable, amplio y agradable, tal como muestran las fotos. El anfitrión excelente, cordial, empatico, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver cualquier inconveniente. Un gusto tratar con él.

Cons: El edificio estaba en obras de mantenimiento y el ruido desde la mañana fue un elemento de incomodidad. Sin embargo, el anfitrión estuvo atento en forma permanente para hacer nuestra estancia lo más grata posible, tuvo una especial atención con nosotros x las molestias, a pesar de no tener ninguna responsabilidad sobre los hechos, las obras fueron responsabilidad del edificio, no del dueño del depto.

Pros: Nos gusto la ubicacion, la vista desde el balcon, adecuado para cuatro personas. Cocina completa.Es la segunda vez que lo alquilamos.

Cons: La moquette del balcon está muy deteriorada. El colchon de la cama del dormitorio está muy vencido, deberian cambiarlo.

Un apartamento perfecto para una estadía cómoda

Pros: Es un apartamento amplio y con todo lo que necesitas para una estadía cómoda, el check in y todo el proceso es sumamente fácil y rápido. El departamento tiene una vista espectacular y está a 5 min del aventura mall y a 8 min caminando de la playa.
