The only negatives are cosmetic. Overall had a great stay and would defiantly recommend for the price paid.

Pros: The size of the property, plenty of space. It was very clean and very well equipped. Communication was excellent.

Cons: Looks a bit tired and dated. No access to the balcony (we were informed of before our stay).

Overall it was comfortable and convenient.I would recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Pros: I loved the location and the view from the balcony of the ocean and the beautiful buildings. Nice apartment, it was clean, almost everything you need was in the apartment.

Cons: The fans in the toilets didn't work, the interior doors don't close well, and there was no ladle to put soup on the plates. And it would have been nice to have wine glasses. And the couch needs to be cleaned, it has a bad odor.

Hight end building in a safe area with perfect location

Pros: location, size of an apt, appliances, beds, the small store is in building with all necessary things. Pool, patio and tennis courts were good. security stuff and reception were nice. The building is height end. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided.

Cons: A balcony chair was broken, bathroom paintings need to be renovated. didn’t get a code from the door on the email. had to call a host late at night to get it via text message. he answered and provided it, assured that it was sent earlier but I checked twice and didn’t find it. A beach umbrella needs to be fixed. Dinning chairs need to be renovated, they look old.

Over priced for young adults, perfect for a family vacation would want.

Pros: The on site staff is really nice, the area is beautiful, the pool was good

Cons: Most of it was undergoing renovations as of early 2026. Seems to be a family environment so there can be some rowdy kids staying there.

Pros: Muy lindo dpto muy amplio luminoso con buenas vistas prolijo muy cómodo bien ubicado a 200 mts de la playa comercios cercanos y a 7 min del Aventura Mall. Combina playa y compras. Ideal

Pros: Mw gusto la ubicacion. El anfitrion estuvo atento al telefono para ayudarnnos con cualquier inconveniente, fue una persona muy amable.

Pros: Muito conforto, me senti em casa. Localização perfeita para familia.

Cons: Não conseguimos acesso ao wifi, o proprietário não respondeu as mensagens pelo booking.

Pros: Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einigermaßen sauber. Lage ist gut. Preis ist mE zu hoch. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
