Sun Sand and Love - Lovely 2 Beds

Pros: I found my stay very enjoyable. The location is excellent, both for sightseeing and relaxing on the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he provided us with a wealth of useful information before our departure. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Highly recommended – quiet, clean, and well located

Pros: The accommodation is in an excellent location. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach towels and sun loungers were also provided, which was a great bonus. The apartment is oriented towards the inner side of the building, away from Indian Creek Avenue, making it very quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great stay and location with everything we needed

Pros: We loved the art deco building itself, the clean apartment space, the location and proximity to the beach, as well as the canal for walking. The $7 overnight public parking garage located over the small walking bridge was also super convenient. The host had everything we needed (and more) inside the apartment and provided everything we needed as far as information for parking, eating and recommendations in the area. Beds and linens were clean and comfy, sleep was good, the stay was great, couldn't ask for anything more.

Pros: Great location. Lots of information sent by the owner including n some great money saving tips. The facilities are good, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Would be great if the access info was resent 48 hours prior to the stay (just for convenience).

Hermoso, amplio, soleado y muy bien equipado lugar, a una cuadra de la playa.

Pros: El departamento es bellísimo, muy cómodo y excelentemente ubicado. El equipamiento es perfecto. Además de la vajilla y la ropa de cama, es muy destacable el equipamiento de playa: sillas y sombrilla de excelente calidad, toallas, pelota. No nos faltó nada. El edificio es tranquilo. El acceso fue muy sencillo. Los anfitriones respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas a lo largo de toda la estadía.

Cons: Las camas podrían ser más cómodas. En una estadía larga, eso se hace notar.

Overall we liked it :)

Pros: the hosts were ready to help and super nice. The location is perfect if you like to enjoy the beach :) there are even some beach chairs for your use and although that's a central location, no sweat, the host got a tip on where to park your car for a really good price within walking distance.

Cons: The only thing we didn't enjoy were the beds, the one in the bedroom, needs a new, more comfortable mattress and the couch is too uncomfortable to sleep on...

Pros: Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Miami Beach mais aussi profiter de la plage! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Hermoso y cómodo departamento

Pros: Excelente ubicación a pasos de la playa, en una zona hermosa a poca distancia de estacionamiento público, súper económico, $8 el día, farmacia, supermercado y movilización.

Cons: Estaba todo perfecto.

New favorite spot in Miami Beach

Pros: The apartment is really cute and had everything I needed for my festival weekend in Miami! Very spacious with two full bathrooms. The building is not new but very-well maintained. The location is perfect, near the beach, great clubs & restaurants..and having beach towels and chairs was definitely a plus. Will be back!
