Lovely condo in Miami Beach

Pros: Good, well located apartment. Has a small, but functional kitchen, so we could cook simple meals and breakfast. The fridge was also good. Basic kitchenware was supplied. The shower is great.

Cons: The air conditioning is loud and the wind is very strong, and there's no regulation of the gust. Cleanliness could be better too.

We had a great stay ! I'm a bit sad the unit didn't match the pictures but it was still a good time

Pros: 1 minute walk to the beach ! Next to a tavern that serves decent food and drinks. Very reactive owner.

Cons: Noisy neighbors, low shower temperature and pressure (I'm sure this can be fixed if you ask the owner), uncomfortable pillows, uncomfortable table and chairs (I chose this place because it seemed to have decent furniture to do remote work with my laptop, but the unit we got wasn't the one shown in the pictures), open wi-fi (use a VPN to protect your data when connecting to it)

Pros: The location was easily accessible and very convenient. I enjoyed staying there .

Cons: Cleanliness could be little better.

Emplacement excellent

Pros: Super rapport qualité prix ! Emplacement exceptionnel à 3 min à pied de la plage. Appart silencieux et moderne.

Cons: Quelques petits b-mol : les micro ondes ne fonctionnent pas et les rideaux laissent entrepasser la lumière le soir, ce qui peut être gênant pour s’endormir.

Pros: La ubicación súper cómoda, acceso a transporte, a la playa, súper

Cons: El ruido del aire acondicionado y el escaso aislamiento de las paredes con los otros departamentos

Buen apartamento

Pros: Es muy lindo apartamento, ordenado y limpio! La ubicación era muy estratégica para ir hacia cualquier parte de la isla.

Cons: La vista no era buena No tenía de dónde colgar las toallas ni percheros No tenía horno

Pros: La propiedad está situada en midbeach y a menos de una cuadra de la playa. Lo que la Hace inmejorable. Conectada con pardas de bus y trolley. El apartamento tiene cocina microondas heladera y un aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien. La comunicación fue muy fluida y el acceso es muy independiente con claves súper fácil que no requiere que estés cargando llaves. Sin dudas volvería

Pros: Proche des épiceries, et des commerces et surtout de la plage !!

Cons: Il n’y avait juste pas de couvert et le bâtiment était en rénovation donc nos nuits étaient éclairée par un spot luminaire mais c’est éphémère car le bâtiment va prendre fin à la rénovation

Pros: Rt in front of the beach easy to get anywhere in South Beach Miami or downtown Miami and airport. Easy to communicate with via app text if anything needed. Friendly and helpful agents.

Pros: Die Nähe zum Strand.Einmal über die Straße dann 100m und schon am Strand von Miami Beach.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und das Restaurant nebenan war immer gut Besucht.

Cons: Eigentlich war alles gut.
