Pros: Wonderful apartment in a quiet block with everything you need for a holiday - plenty of chairs and towels for the very close by and beautiful beach and a clean and sizable swimming pool. Great coffee shop and convenience store in the building too. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay, property has everything you need. Great location

Pros: Location was great for breakfast, went to IHOP, 6min by car. Loads of options for eating if you don't want to cook. Supermarkets are close by and Aventura Mall

Cons: Property could possibly do with a lick of paint. Building hallways could do with re-carpeting

Pros: God beliggenhet , nær strand og balkong med utsikt over bassenget. Store soverom og behagelige senger.

Cons: Gammel bygning, slitte møbler, lite innbydende badekar og ikke mulig å sjekke ut seinere enn 10, selv om innsjekk for neste gjester først var kl 16. et av soverommene har ikke vindu.

Pros: Понравилось местоположение, совсем недалеко от пляжа. Очень приятный и приветливый персонал. Чистое лобби, лифты, есть ландри на каждом этаже. Чистое постельное белье, наличие в номере сейфа, утюга, гладильной доски, зонта для пляжа, раскладноые стулья для пляжа, полотенца для пляжа - все в достаточном количестве.

Cons: Номер требует явного ремонта. Двери, потолки, плинтуса, стены - все какое-то грязное, неприятно находиться. Кухня тоже грязная, включая все шкафчики и посуду. Вызывает чувство брезгливости. Готовить там не хочется Ванные комнаты с плесенью и грязью в швах и сливах в раковинах.

12 dagar på Sunny beach

Pros: Lägenheten är stor och rymlig, kanske liten balkong. Nästan tv apparater i alla rum om man nu ville titta på tv. Såg att andra skrev att någon av möblerna/köksinredningen var lite nötta, personligen fungerade allt som det skulle så det var inget problem för oss. Poolen nedanför var ok och inget större problem att få en solstol eller fler. Praktiskt att det fanns en vagn med solstolar som man kunde ta med ner till stranden. Läget var bra. Ca 10 min till stranden beroende på hur snabbt man går. Enkelt att parkera i p-garaget och nära att gå till lägenheten. Nära till shoppingcenter, diverse golfbanor och såklart massor med annat.. Sedan det som man alltid undrar hur får man hjälp om något händer där man bor. Kodlåset slutade att fungera, batterierna tog slut. Ringde och pratade med Irene och hon bytte dom på timme. Så bara positivt 👍

Cons: Hissen till poolen delen var mycket trafikerad. Skulle behövts fler hissar. Var lite fasadrenoveringar som pågick men inte på den sidan av huset som balkongen ligger åt. Receptionen: Det var mycket trafik där hela tiden, kan ta ett tag (men de arbetar verkligen och är hjälpsamma och trevliga).
