Pros: The whole facility was great. The location. I booked last minute and was able to meet the host within an hour of landing.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was even though it housed a lot of people there wasn't much dining space. I didn't mind that because the weather was beautiful.

Perfeita para minha familia

Pros: eu e minha familia ficamos por 3 dias e foi perfeita. Tudo na casa é super novo, limpo e comfortavel. Tem bastante espaço e atividades, oq foi otimo pq tinha criança em nosso grupo. A localização foi boa pq rapidamente chegavamos nos principais locais q queriamos conhecer em miami. Recomendo.

Cons: Não tivemos nenhum problema na estadia, e as duvidas q tive foi respondida rapidamente.

Perfect for our needs

Pros: We booked this property for the fenced in yard and space for our family before our cruise out of Miami. The location was easy to find, we love. The security the large fence provided and everything was clean and in working order.

Cons: Two things bothered me. 1st, on Booking.com, it shows the property as “the entire place is yours”. This is misleading, as the property has two apartments and instructions I received mention not using the hot tub area for more than 2 hours so both sides can have time to enjoy it. We were surprised by this request as we thought no one else would be at the property. Thankfully it wasn’t booked and we were able to utilize the outdoor space freely. 2nd, the property could benefit from an outdoor pest treatment. We found the backyard turf to be holding quite a bit of water, creating a breeding ground for what Floridians call No See Ems. Little gnats that bite. We found the front yard to be safer from bugs bug the other residents on the street could then see us and would come up. One offered to sell us a scale out of his backpack.

Our overall stay was great! We will definitely be back.

Pros: The unit was filled with vibrant colors. There were so much to do both indoors and outdoors. It was just right for my family. It also had an area to take nice pictures which was a plus!

Cons: Extra pillows would be a plus. The place needed some maintenence to the ceiling, some outlets needed changing and there was water damage to one of the bathrooms.

Gorgeous Gem

Pros: This place was absolutely ADORABLE! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The outside entertainment was amazing! My family was able to hang out in the evenings in the backyard and enjoy its esthetic. The neighbors even played lively music, which felt almost on que when we were outside to chill. The kitchen had supplied well for cooking, and plenty of linen for my family of 6!
