Spacious, quiet and great location

Pros: Very spacious and perfect for a family with teenagers/ young grown-ups. Perfect location, close to everything but still in a quiet area. It had a basic setup of kitchen utilities and everything worked well. Great washing machine and dryer, very quiet. AC quiet and worked very well too. Best way to contact the renter was to call them, we did not get any response on questions over messages.

Cons: Beware of the dishwasher door if it hasn’t been fixed. It has no hatch suspension and will open/fall heavily onto your feet 😖

Peaceful location

Pros: I liked this place, and the team that manages it is great. The location is good. I met the house cleaner and she was very nice, the place was clean on checking. Its also very safe, a police officer lives across the road and there's always cops nearby, no sketchy people. The booking was very effortless and easy, felt like home.

Cons: everything was perfect but the mattress is probably due for an upgrade, my back got a bit sore from it. I have stayed in another unit before and that mattress was fine. I'd still stay again, but request the other unit I stayed in. Lots of the guests would slam the door in the morning, but they did put a sign up telling them not to do this, so not the properties fault. IDK why people slam their doors lol. The unit's TV didn't have a cable to plug into electricity but I didn't intend on using it anyways, I'm sure the managers would help if you asked, they were very helpful.

Great stay - I rebooked.

Pros: Booked my second stay when I got back. Nice peaceful location, very safe, lots of cops stationed around the building. The patio space was never busy and I often the entire 'back yard' of the building to myself. Some very light construction noise outside but the place is quiet on the inside, you don't hear other guests or outside noise. The washing machine was a huge plus.

Cons: would prefer they leave a bit of cooking oil (olive oil), this is one of the things that is a pain to buy when traveling for just a week if you just want to cook a few eggs. I wish the price was a bit lower, but part of this is the strength of the US dollar right now.

I would like to return.

Pros: The location and the apartment comfort. Was very nice to have two rooms with two bathrooms and a washing machine and a dryer machine. Dari was great with us.

Cons: The table wasnt good. Tv didnt work. The keys of the door werent working well.

Pros: Situation géographique très bien , pas loin de océan drive. Facile d’accès. Duplex correct. Calme

Cons: Pas d’aération facile.

I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Was very conveniently located within walking distance of South Beach, clean and spacious.

Cons: There was no heater, just A/C.

Pros: Spacious and clean facilities. Great Wifi. I was assigned an apartament that does not appear in the pictures, but it was nice and super close to the beach and publice transportation, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Cons: The AC in the living room was noisy. It looks like it needs updating. It would be nice to have paper towels in the kitchen, and some basic condiments/coffee/tea.
