Good value and comfortable stay in a quirky hotel just minutes from the beach.

Pros: Location is fantastic for the beach and other sights including the Deco district. The staff on reception were helpful and the room was fine. Comfortable bed and really good 'mist' shower. Microwave good for minimal meal prep. Proper coffee machine.

Cons: No separate sink for cleaning plates etc, so couldn't really call it a 'kitchenette'. Maybe ask for a room with good light. Mine was a little dingy. But for the price it was still good value.

Great room, Great location.

Pros: great sized room with two double beds and a sofa. It had a balcony looking out onto Collins street. Very close to Oceon Drive.

Pros: It was really close to the beach, also they stored out luggages after checking out. The room was fine, we had microwave, fridge and some plates, forks etc. The ac is really good and the walls are really creative outside of the room. I would recommend it for sure! No deposit needed and all the taxes included. They have elevator as well!

Cons: There’s no lobby area, and the check in is interesting although it wasn’t a problem, because it was easy to check in and get access to the room. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything from outside or other rooms. Maybe a sponge, to wash the dishes.

Perfect location in South Beach, equipped with everything you could need

Pros: Second time staying here. Be aware every room is different. This one had the smaller table and arm chair like in the pictures, so I was able to put my suitcase and some stuff on it and then actually use the dining table, which I couldn't last time as I used it to spread luggage on. The TV was much closer to the bed, so it seemed really large, but maybe wasn't. It was on a mounted arm so I could swing it around which was quite convenient. This room was not facing the road so there was no noise except A/C units - last time you could hear music and street noise as the room faced the street. Otherwise this is in the perfect location and very well equipped and whenever I come back to Miami I will be staying here again.

Cons: Had to call when I arrived because I didn't know the room number, but I might have just not read all my comms properly in my tired state. The person on the phone immediately told me my room number and all was well. Regarding how things are different in each room, unlike last time this room had no fan (but I could use the fan mode on the A/C unit) and it was either due to the light positioning or it needed an extra light or lamp because the kitchen/window/table side was very dim at night. This room had a much smaller sink/shelf area around the sink so it was more difficult to place makeup and things around, but no biggie as I could also put some things in the cupboard under the sink. This wardrobe was a fair bit smaller than in the room I had last time, but again it was a proper built-in wardrobe not just a hanging rack like the pictures. I had to extend a day because I missed my flight and they initially were going to make me move rooms even though there were six available according to booking.com, but my friend found an in-person receptionist (whom I've never seen) who was available to move things around so I could stay at the same place for an extra night and coordinate things even though I had to book the extra night through booking.com because it was cheaper than the quoted in-person price. I'm sure there are algorithms etc but I paid quite a bit per night and then when I was there I checked and could have gotten the room for much less, but that's just how they do room pricing I suppose and I wouldn't want to risk this place being booked out. Maybe next time though I'd check closer to the date to see if I could cancel my existing booking and get it cheaper. I threw up in the sink (my bad!), and it immediately blocked, although would drain eventually. Luckily it was my last night. My friend who runs AirBnBs dismantled the sink pipes to clear out the blockage but said there was no blockage so it was outside the room.

Very comfy room with the best location and best value for your money.

Pros: You cannot get better value for the price paid especially when it comes to the location. Many reviews mentioned the the bar downstairs was loud but a new restaurant has opened as of 1st April and is not loud. The rooms were great and clean and the bed was super comfy. The TV had a great selection of apps and content too. Loved it overall. Best location ever.

Cons: The only reason I marked an 8 instead of 10 was the smell from the water in the shower. I did not want to change rooms though and so i didn’t mention it to the management or they have possibly changed my room.
