Luxury Ocean Front Condo on Millionaires Row

Pros: Great location, just a few steps from the beach. Sun beds are available on the beach. The beach is not crowded, as it is used mostly by residents and guests of the apartment buildings. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, and clean, much larger than shown in the photos. We stayed as a group of three, and there was more than enough space. The building offers a large gym and a large swimming pool. Underground garage parking is included in the price. The owner is very kind and polite, explained everything in detail. Communication by phone was easy and smooth. He was very flexible and allowed a late check-out, so we didn’t have to wait too long at the airport. I will definitely book this place again on my next stay in Miami.

Exceptional

Pros: It was ever better than in the pictures! 2/3 of the group (we were 7 and 5 from that ) lived there. We had absolutely everything, it is an exceptional condo, highly recommended! Host is extremely helpful and kind!

Cons: I was hard to set up the air condition in the bigger bedroom for a more moderate temperature.

Would stay again.

Pros: Spectacular view, superb location, gracious host. Miles of uncrowded white sand beaches. Huge private and public outdoor spaces. Wonderful pool. Comfortable king bed with high quality sheets. Well equipped kitchen. Free public transport steps from the door. Very comfortable large well loved unit.

Cons: The property has a beautiful sunken living room. The two steps could be a problem for people with mobility issues. We loved the ground floor location, super convenient, people did walk by our unit, but not very many and we still enjoyed privacy on the spacious comfortable terrace. Some of the decoration is dated, but hey honey oak is coming back in style.

Pros: Unglaublich günstig am Strand und am Pool gelegen, ausgezeichnet und bequem ausgestattete Wohnung und nicht zuletzt ein feundlicher Gastgeber. Wir würden jderzeit wieder diese Unterkunft auswählen.

Cons: Alles war großartig.

Pros: Es grande, cómodo, muy bien equipado. Pudimos cocinar y todo lo doméstico de manera excepcional. Gran piscina, acceso a la playa genial. Fácil de acceder y bien conectado.

Cons: Le falta alguna actualización, solo estético.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente y los anfitriones son muy atentos y considerados. El departamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario (y más) para disfrutar de la playa y la ciudad.
