Luxuriöser Strandurlaub - Sunny Isles Beach Miami

Pros: Sehr großzügige und luxuriöse Wohnung in direkter Strandlage mit Balkon/direktem Meerblick und sehr guter Ausstattung. Fitnessstudio, Parkservice und Concierge im Haus. Außen-Pool und privater Strandbereich mit Handtuch- und Strandliegen-Service.

Cons: Baumaßnahmen im und um das Objekt (Oktober 2025) mit eingeschränktem Zugang zum Balkon und Pool, sowie Lärm- und Staubbelastung.
