Amazing situation in a charming studio

Pros: Amazing situation on the Iconic Ocean Drive avenue , great and very charming studio with 3 windows that provide a lot of clarity, incredible view on the ocean, fridge, Air Condition, easy acess, good communication with the host

Cons: The shower could be renovated and the flat is a bit noisy ( but you are on Ocean Drive ! :-)

Amazing

Pros: The hotel is in the best location! We really enjoyed being there, we walked to everywhere and it was so beautiful. We had the ocean view room, it was beautiful! Cleaning was great, the room was amazing, we had everything that we needed. I will come back for sure.

Perfect stay

Pros: Super zentral, direkt am Ocean Drive gelegen. Mitten im Geschehen, perfekt um allerlei zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit und informiert über unzählige Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen oder den Abend zu genießen.

Cons: Abends zum Schlafen (vor 24 Uhr) vielleicht etwas lauter durch die Umgebung. Aber ab 12 war es dann sehr ruhig.

Pros: Mega Lage am Ocean Drive mitten im Geschehen! Beach Handtücher, Sonnenschirm und Kühlbox auf dem Zimmer, dazu Mini-Ofen, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Lecker Frühstück unten im Restaurant. Attraktiver Preis. Zimmer 201 und 301 mit 24/7 Blick auf den Ocean Drive und aufs Meer. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, allerdings nicht persönlich vor Ort (keine Rezeption), aber schnell über Mail

Cons: Zimmer 201 hat etwas modrig gerochen, 301 hatte das Problem nicht. Das Beistellbett macht die Zimmer leider etwas eng. Dafür kann man es gut als Kofferablage nutzen. Doppelbett etwas klein.

Pros: I enjoyed the oceanfront view, great for people watching (characters did not disappoint). Tour buses would stop in front of The Colony (next door) where a dummy of Tony Montana of Scarface was sitting in a 1950s classic car. The restaurant downstairs, Havana Beach, gave us a 10% discount since we were lodging upstairs. The fridge allowed us to stock beverages, saving us $. The microwave was very useful in heating up leftovers. I appreciated the cooler, beach umbrella & beach towels that were more like beach blankets.

Cons: Just as a warning, since it’s on Ocean Drive, it’ll be a bit noisy for people who are not city dwellers. I did get awoken at 6am (a bit too early even for NYC dwellers like us) by the power washing of the sidewalk by the restaurant next door.
