Pros: Sin duda la ubicación es lo mejor de este luegar, y el departamento tiene lo básico para la estadía.

Cons: La ropa de cama del futón estaba un poco rota y fue deficiente, tambien faltaron almohadas.

Pros: La localisation. Les commodités de l'appartement comme le savon à vaisselle et le détergent pour la lessive. La propreté. Le dépanneur en bas.

Cons: Très basse pression d'eau dans la douche. Pas pratique pour laver cheveux longs. Pas de crochet pour les serviettes mouillées. Pas de cintre et pas de support pour sécher le linge qui ne va pas dans la sécheuse.

Pros: Wygodne łóżko, ale rozkładana kanapa jest za krótka dla nastolatka. Wystawały mu nogi od łydek poza łóżko. Pokój jest duży. Łazienka wygodna, duży prysznic. Dostęp do pralki i suszarki. Sklep 24h przy wyjściu z obiektu. Fajna śniadaniowa knajpka na dole.

Cons: Podłoga nie była czysta. Stopy po jednym przejściu na boso były czarne. Słabo wygłuszone okna. Głośno z ulicy w pokoju rano. Ręczniki na plaże trzeba już wymienić na nowe.

Great location in South Beach, spacious, clean & great host !

Pros: This was a last minute booking (due to a bad experience at another hotel) & it was very easy to get into contact with the host to get the code to begin my stay. Communication was fast and easy ! Very helpful host ! The place has a lot of light, is spacious, was exceptionally clean & in a great location in South Beach.

Cozy, clean, well located place in a quiet zone

Pros: Loved the floor plan, kitchen and appliances, fridge, windows, TV, bodega was next door, cafeteria, restaurants, clubs, and the ocean are one to two blocks away

Cons: The ceiling fan and its light didn't have a chain to turn it off so the only choice was to turn off with the switch. So if you want a light you have to have a fan running even if it's cold. Fortunately they have other lights from the bed and kitchen
