Pros: Great location, very convenient with various shops nearby (even within walking distance). The property was well maintained, organized and clean. Communication was great - we were allowed to be checking in 1-2 hours before description. Overall, great experiences.

Lovely clean and modern holiday home.
Pros: Once we accessed the property it was immaculate and more than we expected. The property has been maintained well and is in a good location. The facilities are very modern and was perfect for our family (an over 60 + year old, 2 adults and 2 children). We were quite surprised about the internal space, as it was a lot bigger than what we envisioned from the pictures. Very close to Las Olas. Supermarket and nice restaurants close by. Having a car makes it easier to get around locally, however using taxi's is also an option. Overall a beautiful property, a great location for us and it was just what we needed for our break.
Cons: Although the code was provided prior to our arrival, it had not been activated. This was not ideal as we arrived late night exhausted from travelling and we would have liked to have accessed the property straight away. What would have also been nice (a bonus) is if the option for the host to provide basic supplies to carry us over to the morning e.g. milk, biscuits, croissants etc. The only thing that was available, was alcohol (available to purchase via QR code) and coffee, neither of which was desired after a long flight. We have been offered basic supplies at other rentals for an additional price, which has always been helpful. We did ask before travelling whether this would be available or even considered, however this question was not answered. It is useful to know that the land of the property has 2 other units. Therefore, the outside space is not very private. During our stay, there was a bit of a mix up with a new occupant to another apartment on the same site being given access to our unit. Although this was rectified by the host relatatively quick, we feel this could have been avoided.

Pros: Charmante maison, très bien équipée. Quartier agréable, très accessible. Parking pour la voiture.. Très bonne adresse.
Cons: 1 seule salle de bain. Un peu juste pour 5 personnes et un peu étroite.

Excellent.
Pros: La localisation était parfaite pour nous. Tout près de l’aéroport et du terminal de croisière. Stationnement privé. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue et très accueillante. Le café est disponible.
Cons: Le 3e chambre est plus petite qu’attendu.

Pros: Die Einrichtung des ganzen Hauses ist modern und hochwertig. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist beispielsweise sehr umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Grill im Garten müssen beim nächsten Besuch unbedingt testen. Die TV Anlage im Wohnzimmer ist hammer.
Cons: Ein Badezimmer für sechs Personen bedingt etwas Organisation.

Soleil de Casa is a jewel
Pros: The location was convenient to surrounding places. The apartment was spacious and surrounded by lush outdoor plants. Laundry room had top rated washer/dryer was most convenient. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella was a plus to have available for the beach.
Cons: There was only one bathroom. With 6 persons occupying the apartment was a challenge. There were no forks, knives, or spoons in the apartment. An additional lamp would be helpful for the second queen size bedroom. Placemats for the glass top dining room table would minimize clean up. Coasters for glass would be a plus.
